Subject: Extremely Poor Pizza Quality – Excessive Barbecue Sauce
I placed an order for a pizza with barbecue sauce, and the item I received was completely unacceptable. It appeared as though an entire bottle of barbecue sauce had been poured over the base, making the pizza extremely messy and inedible.
I have never encountered such poorly prepared pizza before. When you place an order while hungry, you naturally look forward to enjoying your meal. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and ruined that expectation entirely.
This is not the quality or presentation one would expect from a professional food establishment.

The pizza we ordered was really unappealing. The toppings were uneven, the onions were not good, and peppers were shriveled up and discolored.
Beyond that – the employees were not attentive at all.

Today I ordered breadstick from northlake papa John’s. See the breadstick they gave. It is not edible. Not cooked properly. I ordered this for my kid birthday party with pizza. My family love their breadstick. Never again going to order breadsticks from this store.

Food is high-quality and consistently ; conveniently located 5 min from ; my 2 favorites: Pepperoni and the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites; to place an order, App is user-friendly; Marcus and Josh are very pleasant and courteous; the Papa Dough is a nice perk! Thank You both as well as Charlie (Delivery Driver) and the rest of the hard-working, awesome Team; sometimes this can be a challenging-customer-service-business and some will have similar or different experiences, my experiences have always been positive and I invariably enjoy every bite of both of the above foods; irregardless of the myriad of reviews, you are greatly appreciated~

Absolutely zero accountability. Ordered a simple cheese pizza that should take 8 minutes as per Efron who took the order. 15 Minutes later, waiting in The store when I asked about it he tells me that there a system issue and the order wasn’t in. The order was placed in store and Efron took the order in person, entered it wrong and wasn’t even sorry he screwed up the order entry. I’m still standing here in store and this guy still hasn’t shown an ounce of ownership yet. I wish there was a Zero rating… this is probably the 100th time I’m ordering here and it’s disappointing to get this level of service from Efron (if that’s his name because he was reluctant to share that). It’s been 25 minutes now and they’re still on it.

I am an Uber Eats driver. The store got an Uber order at around 10. I showed up at 10:10 to pick it up and they said they are closed. I checked google and it says the hours are until 11…. I would make sure your store is not closing early and turning away customers. Not only does this affect my money and time but it affects yours.

We ordered delivery. The delivery person opted to say we didn’t pay. Ended up calling and they came back and returned our money. Very sad as the tip would have been great. Instead it was awkward

Called in to report excessive speed of a driver in a gold Toyota rav 4. Trey answered the phone, assured me he was management staff, and proceed to dismiss me and the issue as fast as possible. Not what I expected to encounter, after simply requesting a conversation be had with the driver.
Do better. Better staff, better driving, papa John’s.

Customer service is lacking at this location and the employees are dismissive. Instead of calling me with a delivery question they marked our order as delivered so we went out in the neighbor hood looking for it. What a shame as we just moved to this area 6months ago and have never had an issue with other locations. Our first delivery the pizza was wrong but we didn’t complain. Second one never showed up and then we looked it was cancelled. Still don’t know why. So this is the third time ordering and third bad experience with them.
