Put in an order and waited til minutes after close to call me and tell me they can’t make my order because they ‘already bumped it off the screen’ and now it’s passed close so they can’t make it. Asked for clarification about the “bumped it off the screen” and he said “my manager said we don’t make pizzas after closing time”. Meanwhile my pizza on the app has been baking for multiple minutes now. Good luck getting your order

I want to give a big shout-out to Joshua, the manager! I had a delivery order arrived that arrived very cold, and the driver forgot my drink. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, Joshua who was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, understanding, and apologetic, and immediately had my order re-delivered with no issues at all.
It’s rare these days to find managers who truly care about their customers the way Joshua does. Thank you so much, Joshua — may God continue to bless you and your store!
Also the 2nd delivery driver from Door Dash, Johnny Mejia was very nice kind and showed excellent customer service when dropping off my food.

Shout out to the new GM Joshua and his team I walked in the store tonight and they were super busy but it was working so hard to get everyone out of the way I got my order out of the way. Call back to check on them and X how did they do them guys did $1400 in an hour on the armed and shortstaffed and super busy yeah there was a wait but they got it done Thanks guys keep up the good work@ julie Francisco andrade girl please stop lying on them people I know for a fact that they or someone Spoke when u walked in you nay didn’t hear because of the Noise but trust believe somebody spoke here nearest of gloves, Papa John’s never wore ever since I’ve been going to their stores. I never had a problem with it or that location about anything in my food other than my greens that I ordered so please quit line on those people and those young kids to try to get them in trouble I’ll make them look bad OK Karen.

Place my order online for pick up, once I arrived they told me my dessert was out of stock so they made me another dessert. I don’t like the cinnamon dessert so they told me I could grab a soda. I don’t drink soda, they had my number they could have called me and told me they didn’t have the dessert I selected in stock or offered a refund for the dessert. Won’t be returning to this location.

Tonight there was 4 people working 3 people in line no says how can I help waited 10 minutes just for me to ask is my order ready, no one wheres gloves nor hair nets rude service. Terrible pizza – used day old dough. Didn’t get the order right – it was supposed to be a medium and a large, got 2 large. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the dough weren’t old and they mix up the crust on both, giving us 2 NY style instead of 1 pan crust and 1 NY. Went into the store when the app said they were supposed to be ready, the guy working (who didn’t acknowledge me a whole 3min after me standing in the lobby) said it’d be 5min…and then proceeded to begin making the order. Didn’t ask for payment or anything even though I had yet still to pay. Then when I went in to pick up the pizzas he forgot to ask me to pay, I forgot I hadn’t paid. Almost wish I hadn’t gone back in to pay for these abominable excuses for “fresh” pizza.

This is the third time i ordered pizza and it wasn’t made correct..Had to wait for them to remake the pizza.. just to come home and realize it was rushed out and still wasn’t made right.Note** dough was baked unevenly and we paid extra for cheese and wasn’t put on the pizza.. at this point I dont think ill be ordering again any time soon… ☹️

Door dash driver just texted me that they forgot my drink and didn’t bother to go bring it even though im 2.5 miles away.
