PIZZA COMPANIES SHOULD HAVE DEDICATED DRIVERS!!!
Recently have been taking advantage of the $9.99 any pizza deal, but have always done delivery. I’ve ordered a total of 3 times. The first time, phenomenal. Everything was made exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. The 2nd time, the order was messed up (I ordered NY style, got a thin crust). This last time, which was tonight, was abysmal. Every delivery has been handled by doordash, which is a whole other problem in itself. Tonight, in particular, was the tipping point. My order was handled by someone who doesn’t speak English, and had trouble following maps, while I don’t speak much Spanish, and tried to use Google translate to guide him here, to no avail. The end result was that I had to meet him at a public establishment around the corner from where I live, and then proceed to explain, in a mixture of translated and broken Spanish, that his gps was inaccurate/set up incorrectly. The icing on the cake was doordash calling me to ask if I’d gotten my order, and when I gave them a brief explanation, I was abruptly met with “we’ll add it to the report” and then swiftly hung up on. After that call, I learned that I was missing several sauces, including the cream cheese icing to my dessert. Overall, my experience with this location has leftly highly dissatisfied, partly on the establishment, mostly with doordash. Won’t be ordering from here again for a long time, if ever.

Had a slight snafu over delivery instructions but was taken care of…
The pizza was excellent but the same cannot be said about the garlic knots, they were so rock hard you could’ve used them for target practice and the seasoning was in a greasy puddle soaking through the box.
And I don’t know what happened to the consistency of their garlic dipping sauce, not very impressed with it.
Plus the driver an older gentleman looking like the Cryptkeeper with a Vincent Price goatee who has a major attitude problem, Wasn’t too happy about the tip, grumbling and calling me a CHEAPSKATE under his breath as he walked away.
In my 30-plus years in working customer service, you never speak to a customer like that ever and should be grateful to have a job and accept whatever tips they can afford.
If he had spoken that way at a high end pizza restaurant this crotchety old fool would’ve been shown the door immediately.
I’ve escalated this complaint to corporate and hope they do something about it.
I’ll give them 2 stars for effort, But there is major room for improvement.

I order 2 pizza and the sauce literally following out. I call to see if they can do something because I have health issue they did not care. It was so saucey that it’s even on the pizza box it’s too much. So no thanks to the employee working at 530pm on 10/18 she obviously does not know how to do her job. She put me in hold to ask someone else.

I ordered my food online and went in when the tracker said it was ready. Someone else went in right before me. He had an issue with his order something about a discount or free pizza or something. Anyway, I stood there waiting for 15 to 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the other 3 employees working (who were not assisting the othe man. Now coming up on me waiting 20mins a woman walks in and 1 minute later she is asked if she can be helped. What! I’m like “hey man, I was here first. I’ve been standing here for over 15 mins.” All of a sudden now someone wants to help me. I usually don’t have problems at this location, but this experience was ridiculous!

I realize things happen but obviously some issues at this location. This was a carry out order, I showed up 10 mins after the ETA to be safe. My Order was apparently cooked without cheese so they had to ReDo? I said no problem and waited outside in truck. After 15 mins I went back inside and their deliver guy was very nice and asked my order name and I told him and he grabbed my order off shelf. The lady on phone in chair stated it just came out? Basically my order had been sitting there and all she had to do is waive to me outside that bit was ready! Then I get home and it’s Thin Crust? I ordered on line original crust? Not going back here

Well I always have a problem with this location when it come to my food. I order today a meat lovers and took the Canadian bacon off and added spicy Italian sausage still I got my food and it ain’t right again. But I’m hungry n been at work all day so imma eat this second pizza they sent me ughhhhhhh and I did g egg my soda the second time around that was a plus.

They’ll literally have the worst service time for making 1 pizza. I’ve waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered( the original time was 41 minutes). And all I get is simply a cheese pizza!!!!!!!!!. I ordered freaking a 2 toppings pizza, not a cheese pizza!!!!!!!!!! Either this store does not care or something. I called the manager(7:26 p.m.) to remake the order, which I assume he did. 4 plus hours later, not a single update on my pizza remake. Mind you, it was almost closing time.

Please don’t order your pizza unless you want a pizza that’s been sitting out for 35 + minutes and then DoorDash will deliver it. People working here have absolutely no customer service etiquette at all.

The pizza wasn’t my cup of tea. It tasted like the kind of pizza you buy from the grocery store in the frozen section. My kids thought the same. Might be good to someone else but def not buying pizza from there again . The staff was kind just the food wasn’t what we expected. Better off getting Little Caesars instead.

As a family, we order from here often. The food is always good. Today however, we received pizza that was bubbly and not quite right. I went to Papa John’s hoping for a new pizza. Without any hesitation or attitude the pizza was remade to perfection. This is the kind of service expected from the public. They delivered. Thanks.
