If I could give a ZERO I would. I did a online order with 3 toppings on each pizza, and paid for the toppings only came with 1 on each! They even had the wrong crust! When I called the mgr, she told me oh well not our problem! Never using Papa Johns again!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

This is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve been to this location and paid extra for pizza sauce to get sour, tangy sauce that has obviously gone bad or been sealed up while too warm or something. Once was an accident but twice makes me think they aren’t training people correctly.
As for the pizza itself, I can’t believe there is a $3 upcharge for garlic parmesan crust.

Made my order online. Realized 5 minutes later I didn’t sub the garlic sauce for ranch. Called, and was told not a problem, it would be fixed. Awesome. No biggie.
Pizza arrives. No ranch. Garlic sauce. Then I’m told he misunderstood me. THEN I’m told thin slice somehow doesn’t even warrant a sauce to begin with. It was like talking to a piece of communion bread. I don’t know who the “manager” was I spoke with but Jesus. Get the guy some training.
Went to eat, and the square cut, as requested, AS PRINTED ON THE BOX, wasn’t done. Try to call back and nope. Keeps picking up the line, hitting a button, and keeping me on hold.
Maybe I went “last in line” and nobody cared because I used rewards to pay for part of it? They’re rewards for a reason. It’s because I frequent the franchise.
Stop hiring kids and expecting them to manage without any training. Back to corporate with feedback.

This crew working tonight 12/17/2023 is the best of the best. My order was perfect , customer service was way better than expected, they very courteous and professional. I will never go anywhere else for pizza , those guys earned my business. Management needs to know how good they are. Thank you!

After a horrible experience with having to wait 2 hours for pizza a few weeks ago we decided we would give them a 2nd chance. That was a big mistake. We received our pizza’s on time but they were smashed, soggy and cold. We called and they told them what was going on and they proceeded to hang up. We took the pizza’s back to get our money back and they then proceeded to call the cops on us for no reason. We will never order from here again. I hope it gets shut down, because obviously they have no understanding of customer service.

We made a call in order and a fresh pizza was made in less than 20 minutes. The pizza and garlic spread were delicious. The facility was mostly clean, just some crumbs and dirt in between tiles and in the corner.

3rd time they ha e forgotten items on orders. Use to be good place…going down hill. Time to move on… Update 7/3/2019 I went ahead and gave them another shot and didn’t receive sauce and got a nice dropped pizza to boot.

A measly $80 for two “large” pizzas and 6 wings, cheese missing on a sig amount one AND no meat on one of them (which was charged and was specifically added as per sticker/reciept), no way to rate or contact anyone since their app you must use and DoorDash do not even register the order, remembering that this is a regular occurrence every time I order from there…priceless.

Order online but it said 80-90 minutes. So I called to change it to pickup but they never answer. So much crust on a medium 2 topping and it wasn’t as good as i remembered. Over heard they don’t answer the phone if there too busy.
