Haven’t had Papa John’s in a long time.
We got a flat crust pizza with pepperoni and bell peppers. If only it was crispier, but the flavor was pretty good. Wish there were more toppings. Our second pizza was the New York style with pepperoni and bacon. It was like your regular style pizza. Again, wish there were more toppings, but it wasn’t bad.
Overall, some decent pizzas.

It is absolutely mind boggling how much the quality has gone downhill yet the prices keep soaring. We ordered a large meat lovers and large veggie – the original crust was so flimsy and thin. Veggie barely had any toppings and somehow a few pineapples wound up in there. The crust on the ends of the slice was like chewing burnt cardboard. $38 for two pizzas this low grade is abominable. It really is sad and pathetic how horrible chain restaurants have become

I’m a little disappointed. I ordered a two pizza two topping pizza deal. BOTH pizzas barely had any toppings. Mine was a double sausage. This looked like a normal 1 topping pizza. The other was a pepperoni/pineapple. You were a bit stingy on that one too. I’d like my money back.

I’m only giving 2 stars because of past orders but as of late this papa John’s has been pretty bad..
1st this pizza here I mean why would you send this to a customer? And I guess they use doordash to take some orders? Delivered by doordash not sealed and looking like this pass.
Ordered about 2 weeks ago pizza was fine however I did 3 topping and pizza had very very little of only 1 topping I ordered.
This location use to be great been in Mansfield for going on 10 years but from the experience of my last 2 orders I’ll be going to mamas pizza or really anywhere else.

We ordered two pizzas over the weekend. $40 for delivery and the pizza was not cooked all the way. The cheese wasn’t melted on half the pizza. Pretty sad.

Clearly dropped the box and messed up thr pizza. NY style pizza is TERRIBLE. Ordered extra pepperchinis and they just threw them all over one of the pizzas. The pizza that was ordered for my wife whom doesn’t like spice at all…ruined that pizza too.
The boneless chicken wings are worse than Tyson frozen Dino nuggets. Cookie was fine…so at least they didn’t mess that up I guess.

been ordering at this location for quite some time now. yesterday was a busy one and i ordered 4 pizzas. understandably busy and I had a good wait for my last pizza to come out the oven. got home and one box was messed up inside. went back to complain and cashier and manager handled it very well. also promised to prevent the issue from happening again.

They were so busy for Halloween, yet remained cordial and professional. The cashier was so sweet and helped me when I arrived. They were running about an hour behind, but I wasn’t even mad because their Jack-o’-lantern pizza is so darn cute! Luckily, I made my order about 2 hours prior, so I only waited a little while.
