Came in last night at 8PM, ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I watched as the employee who took my order did NOT wash his hands in between taking orders, touching his phone, touching pizza dough and toppings, and cutting pizza. Asked for a refund, was told to wait 10 minutes on the manager. After 15 minutes, I was told that the manager hadn’t been there for over 2 hours, and wasn’t likely to show up any time soon. So I left with no pizza, no refund, and $20 taken from my bank account with no way to get it back. Thanks Papa Johns for stealing from me. Never, EVER go to this place.

Papa John’s really pulled off a performance art piece with this one. I ordered a half-and-half pizza. The receipt showed a half-and-half pizza. My brain understood half-and-half. Basic fractions. Apparently the person making it operates on a plane of existence where numbers, words, and shapes have no shared meaning.
Instead of left half vegetarian and right half meat like any normal human would interpret, they executed some visionary “top half vs bottom half” delusion. One set of toppings buried under the cheese and sauce, the other smeared on top like an afterthought. The vegetarians only realized the horror after the first bite, when meat snuck out from under the cheese. I had to face the hangry consequences while explaining that no, I did not request a psychological puzzle disguised as dinner.
The stuffed crust was as if it had been glued on during someone’s smoke break. It looked like they built a normal pizza, had a manager shout something in the distance about “crust add-on,” and they panicly attached a ring of alleged stuffed crust around the outside. It barely clung on. The cheese inside was about as present as a deadbeat dad: technically promised, rarely seen, definitely uneven.
Whole experience was an absolute masterclass in how to disappoint every dietary group simultaneously.

The worst Papa Johns I have ever been to. I don’t usually post reviews, but this was pretty bad. So, my pizza is supposed to be ready between 7:27 and 7:37, so I get there about 7:33. I go in and the guy says 5 min. Cool, no problem, I can wait. Then, I literally see him START making the pizzas. OK, fine. Maybe they’re busy and he’ll take care of it quick. I watch him and another employee LITERALLY drag their feet making the pizza. No exaggeration. 20 min later, I finally got my pizza. I’m irritated, but whatever, at least I got my pizza and it’s fresh. I get home and open the box and find that my half ham & pineapple/half sausage and mushroom has ALL the toppings on one side. What the hell! Most Papa John’s places are pretty good, this was terrible. So, if you want Papa John’s, I recommend finding a different location unless you got plenty of time and check the pizza before you leave.

My pizza today was not fully cooked. Raw dough throughout the center to midway through the pie. After a couple pieces, I had to just eat the toppings. Ended up throwing it away. The delivery guy, Door dash had a bit of a time finding the place even though I put specific instructions ” Northwest corner of building by ramp” with my phone number. I think the driver couldn’t read English. He showed up at the Southeast corner instead. Since they started using Door dash I’ve noticed a decline in quality of service.

Food almost always eats, the atmosphere is ok, the service is good but could be quicker sometimes, and I feel the restaurant could have more things to show it’s origins, and Where it’s headed to.

I work at a competitor store/different pizza place and we would never turn a customer away for choosing to pay CASH over card. I placed an online order at this location for pick up and to pay with cash. I get to the store at the time my pizza is supposed to be done and waited to be greeted by someone who clearly doesn’t like their job. After giving the person at the counter my info to pick up my order, he asks me if I have a card to pay with. I tell him no and that I have cash. He keeps asking me if I have any other way to pay besides in cash. I don’t understand why i was being pressured to pay with my card for an $8 order. 1 pizza. Is it because you already closed the cashier drawer too early and want to turn people away so you can eat the pizza they can’t claim because of some arbitrary rule? I literally would have went to get exact change so you didn’t have to break a $20. This was at 10 at night and while i understand wanting to be safe about locking your money at the end of the night, at least remove that option for people to pay cash on the app or online. Put a disclaimer somewhere. I was really upset to find out I couldn’t get my pizza after working a 10 hr shift all because I wanted to pay cash and dude didn’t feel like doing his job.

Emily is a horrible person that doesn’t know how to talk to customers and doesn’t listen when she is wrong. I have not received my order as of yet and I am having to make my way to the store to deal with her rudeness and to get my money back. Don’t bother if you see her in this store. She was not trained well.

Spent $49 bucks for these Janky pizzas! Wow never have I had pizza that tasted like dough only, even asked for easy sauce NOT extra! Try to take a bite and you can’t cause it falls due to being so limp. I will be calling Corporate and filling a complaint. I always give good reviews but nothing about this is a good review.
I’ve eaten from this Papa John’s alot, it’s been a few months and back when we got it, nothing was wrong. Not sure what happened but YUCK. Going out with the trash, glad it’s trash night.
