Worst pizza I have ever had, pizza crust was soggy and falling apart , when you picked up a slice of pizza the entire toppings including cheese fell off the pizza, not to mention there were clumps of “bacon pieces” that tasted like mildew. This pizza got trashed, I tried to feed it to my dogs and they refused to eat it also… I should have listened to the dogs because it made us sick also. Absolute worst pizza in Johnson county , I wonder if we can sign a petition and get papa John’s gone all together… Alvarado already has 3. Mediocre pizza spots we definitely don’t have room for garbage pizza places.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic knots today for carry out. When I got home, I realized the garlic knots were very burned. I called the store and Garrett was very nice and stayed he would have them re-made and delivered to me. About forty-five minutes later, the second order of garlic knots arrived… also burned. I called back to the store and Garrett, who was again very nice, stated that he checked them and they were up to quality standards. I find that hard to believe, but if Papa John’s has lowered their standards this much, then perhaps they won’t be around long enough to worry about, especially in such a small town. I am very disappointed with this particular location.

We had a little longer than expected wait than expected. The food was good and the employees were very friendly. The restaurant could use a little bit of care like somewhere to sit if you have to wait a while. Other than that it’s still a PaPa Johns.

We just ordered delivery for the very first time (we’ve never had papa johns before) from here tonight. The pizza was delicious I definitely enjoyed the Fresh Spinach and Tomato Alfredo pizza.
But When I did open our large stuffed crusted pizza all the cheese on some of it was on the top of the box. (Photo to show) So that was a little disappointing!
Overall we will order again, hopefully no cheese on the top of the box next time! ♀️

I called on December 23rd to make arrangements and verify hours. They told me they were open on Christmas Eve until 11:00 and closed on Christmas day. We planned to order at 9:00 for pickup on Christmas Eve and they were closed. I am livid.

I just got my pizza delivered and the delivery guy (Mason) was so freaking awesome, not only was he fast, well mannered and curtious, but extremely helpful with some local knowledge. I like many of you have ordered delivery multiple times in my life but honestly this is the first time I have ever been impressed with the driver. My hats off to you Mason, you are an asset for that store.

Ordered the EPIC stuffed crust and garlic knots. Food was cooked perfectly. Pizza was actually too hot to eat upon arrival and I do not live close to the restaurant. Staff is always courteous and efficient. Will definitely order again!

I ordered a pizza this evening and I was very disappointed with my order. I’m a baker and I know how bread is supposed to be cooked I’ve order various times before and had no issues. I called a the man Jason I believe that’s his name he said he can’t do anything because I order it through door dash and advise me to contact DoorDash but DoorDash didn’t make my pizza. (Obviously) My advise is for the employees to check the quality of their job instead of blaming it on others who don’t have anything to due with their actions. DoorDash won’t resolve my problem and won’t tell them how to do their job properly they only deliver. I guess don’t order from any delivery service because they are whom to blame since they’re didn’t cook the pizza properly. ♂️

If you are someone who is fancy, or has expectations of fine dining, then I wouldn’t be ordering pizza. Pizza is a comfort food, and is for the pour all the way to the rich.
I see way too many reviews on pizza places that expected to be a five star Michelin restaurant in reality. As long as your order is right, and the at least greet you, that is the minimum. But that should give the restaurant at least a five star for doing your job. if everything is done early or on time and is correct, please tip the people! Just saying. This place was good!
