I ordered a cheese pizza easy on the sauce and what I received looked like a pizza with extra sauce and light on the cheese. Took the pizza back in and the employee said that’s just how much cheese we always put on pizzas, yet the other 2 pizzas I got had plenty of cheese on them. Really disappointed. (I have eaten at multiple other Papa John’s locations, and there is a significant amount more cheese than this)

Employees saw us pull up and still walked outside to take a ‘break.’ To add to the inconsiderate behavior, the employees still inside the building were more concerned with socializing than helping or even paying attention to a customer that had walked in. Not the wisest decision for the employees taking a ‘break’ to be smoking skunky stuff with customers in the lot that can smell it.

Awful pizza terribly over charged $35 for one large pizza. A disgrace to pizza everywhere. They hardly put any toppings on it hardly any cheese on it even though we ordered extra cheese and extra toppings and paid for the extra. Papa John’s is papa wrong.

They barley put Canadian bacon and pineapple on it they made it good but not enough ingredients and the Alfredo sauce was good if it had more ingredients it would have been awesome the girl at the counter ignored my question completely when I paid it automatically put a 2 dollar tip I think she sets it up and I picked it up if they delivered I wouldn’t mind tipping but don’t try to force me

I love their pizza and bread sticks but the guys who were working on Sunday, lazy. I don’t know if I’ll order from here again. I spent $30 on pizza and needed a few seasoning packages. They wanted to charge me for each tiny little package.
It’s a half of a tsp of seasoning. Ridiculous. There was one employee just sitting on the counter looking extremely high eating food. They were unprofessional and clearly don’t understand how to treat a paying customer. Looks like I’ll switch back to Marco’s pizza.

We order food got the notification that it was ready went to the store got back to our house all with 10 mins (I know because I have life 360 and it showed the trip) are hole order was cold and old. The hole situation is just ridiculous and all the manager wanted to do was argue about it instead of making it right. We put in a complaint the company sent it to her and she called basically calling us liers. I don’t not suggest ordering here or doing business.

I ordered a Pepperoni & Black olives extra Pepperoni & Black olives, I basically got a cheese pizza with the fewest amount of toppings. I didn’t bother calling them because if they can’t get right the first time I doubt they will be able to get it right the second time. This hasn’t been the first time papa John’s done me dirty like that and this was the last time I ever order papa John’s pizza anywhere.
