Honestly. The pizza and garlic sticks were fine but with the amount of times I’ve come here their peppers are always wilted and one even looked like someone took a bite out of it. Just unappealing and disappointing when I order and pay extra for peppers and I get 1/4 of a pepper, wilted or rotting peppers or those small ones that are 1/2 the size of the average.

Usually no issues but whoever working this weekend aint it! Been trying to order for 30 minutes! Still on hold she said door dash had to be first so back on hold i go even though ive placed my order now 3 times but supposedly never went through. yet it was their customer center i spoke to.

We have been having issues the past few times woth the door dash not wanting to deliver to our house when we are only 2 miles away, door dash is who they use to deliver their food.
Well i called this time to make sure this time they can deliver. And i talked to the manager Caitlin, and she was so sweet and very helpful . She put in the order for us. And then called later and said door dash wont deliver it . Again.. so she went above and beyond and got in her own vehicle and delivered the food herself. She was very sweet and was just beyond amazing.. i would definitely recommend. Thank you very much!!

Pizza was gross and the delivery driver was rude, asked him twice how much it was and he just showed me his phone without saying a word, the phone did not have the amount either. they overloaded the pizza with cheese as well, I like cheese but every bite felt like I was biting a block of cheese, it had little sauce and barely any pepperoni.

Filthy establishment. Flies and plenty of dust on the tables. A friendly lady took our order. My baby sister insisted on paying the bill. She did not tip even though I advised her to do so. We waited for our order for the longest time while new customers arrived and were dispatched faster. Finally I decided to go and get a refund and the lady remembered us and gave me our order which had been ready for a while. I wonder if it was the tip issue or that we were too Hispanic, which brought us that outcome. It was my first time in life. I visited Papa John’s pizza, and it will be the last. The food taste was not to our expectations either. There is no second chance to give a first good impression. Papa John’s will not be in our restaurant list.

I usually order from Domino’s, however one of your comercials convenienced me to try one of you pizzas. My initial thought was how not hot the box felt when it was handed to me. Opened the box and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of toppings. on that. However it was barely luke warm. on that. Crust was good, sauce really had little flavor that I could taste. Toppings were on point though. Overall though I think I am going to stick with Domino’s, but figured I’d share my thoughts.

Pizza was ordered WELL DONE. It was far from that. Had to put in the oven and finish cooking it. Delivery was fast, but would have preferred slower delivery with a pizza that was cooked properly. The pizza was ordered to be well done. Very Poor all around. Try a different place. Papa John’s was our go to place, but not anymore.
