We ordered 2 pizzas Monday for pickup at 9 pm. By the time we got there, the pizzas were ready. I’ve always been the PH fan but my husband not so much. He recommended Papa Johns and I’ve never had it.
Wow – I was amazed how tasty the pizzas were – no skimping on toppings, thin crust, and the special price was great. There was a line at the competitor next door, but we got our pizzas right away.
Will definitely be back.

I just swung by Papa John’s in sulfur springs, Texas and while I waited for my pizza, the staff offered me a piece of their new pan pizza! First of all, great customer service and involving the customers in your decisions to improve your menu. But as a Chicago boy growing up on Gino’s and Lou Mahlnati’s Pizza, this pizza is dang good.

We were visiting from Kansas and needed a quick, late dinner. Despite the not so great reviews, we decided on something were familiar with, PJ. Food was delicious, staff was very friendly, our order was correct and it was ready in 10-15 minutes. I would absolutely return!

Update:
Food has gotten better. However, even with Clean cut selected we got onions which is an allergy issue. Did not pay attention to the order as in what goes on what half of the pizza. Pizza came unsealed and warm but not hot. Pizza did come on time.

Terrible and didn’t get everything we ordered. This papa John’s definitely was not what I expected. Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza so I was excited it opened in Sulphur Springs but we will not return. Ordered a 3 topping medium pizza and it barely had any toppings on it, ordered 4 extra peppers and did not get them! Ordered wings and they barely had any sauce on them. Not a good experience! And they just opened! I would expect they would be the best when just opening but I was wrong!

I thought order from this restaurant turned out awesome. Being used to pizza inn this was a crazy good. I had ordered two pizzas and Garlic parm wings. The wings weren’t over cooked and crusty. They were delicious. They gave me extra sauces at which they charge I think 40-70 cents for free. The pizza weren’t over greasy and the toppings especially the Canadian bacon I loved. Worth the 30 minute drive.

If you want fresh pizza do CARRY OUT! Delivery isn’t worth it. Some may enjoy cold pizza or don’t mind having to reheat but for me and mine we want hot pizza! Stringy cheese like commercially presented. Don’t even try and call to complain you won’t get thru. I know they’re new but dang I am a Papa John’s fan and this is disappointing .

We decided to try their food at this new establishment. Normally we travel to greenville to that papa johns. I was disappointed with alot of things. They charge extra for the parmesan crust which greenville doesn’t do that to me. We requested our three pizzas well done. We received our pizzas under cooked. It wasn’t made how we asked. When we requested pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets we were handed 3 of each. As if that would be enough for 8 people. When we requested more they proceeded to attempt to charge us for every packet. Which the other location has never done to us. Overall we were disappointed in the quality of the food and the employee for being inconsiderate and thinking only 3 packets would be suffice for 3 pizzas 8 people.

Ordered a few times, pizza is great. Other reviews are dumb. The place just opened, they have been SWAMPED! wait was a little long, but they’ve been busy as heck. Everyone had nothing but good things to say when they were giving free pizzas… will definitely keep going back!
