I ordered pasta online. When I opened it liquid was running over the side. A lot. I called the store the employee said ” Mushrooms give off liquid when you cook them.” 1/2 a cup? I said I was returning for a refund. No one in site when I got there had to stand and wait for the employee to finally come to the counter and tell me the liquid is the garlic sauce they add. Again, 1/2 a cup?. She finally rudely said I already did your refund and she pointed at the counter. I thanked her and walked out. As I get one foot out the door this employee decides to pop off . I walked straight back to the counter and asked her what she said. She screamed I’m not scared of you. I’m calling the police…. Horrible food, horrible customer service and bad staffing choices this is definitely a Papa John’s I will not be ordering from.

Could not order online, had to call in order which resulted in us paying more since deals were online. Order was ready when promised. Gave me plates and marinara sauces free of charge upon request. Epic stuff crusted is awesome- it’s a lot of cheese and heavy but great dipped in marinara. Boys cheese pizza was a little thick but they liked it. Pickup around 7 on Sunday and they were slow. Papa johns pizzas are always good in my opinion for a chain pizza.

Papa johns has always been my favorite fast food pizza place. Crust is on the thinner side, sauce is flavorful and pizzas are always full of toppings. But NOT at Paris Papa Johns. Toppings can be very skimpy, crust is thick and doughy and you can barely taste any sauce, I sometimes question if there is any. It’s just not the papa johns I know and have loved all over the country. It’s like I’m eating a pizza hut pizza, no thank you.

Tried to use them one time. I had to change my order 3 times because they didn’t have the ingredients to make the simple pepperoni pizza I ordered then I finally got it ordered then they call back and say they are closing early when it clearly says online they open till 11 and it was 9:45 when I ordered. I could tell the employee I was talking with was doing everything possible to try to get out of making me a pizza so they could leave early and he finally did get out of it saying there out of dough after saying they were out of everything else I tried to order. Clearly sorry employees lying to me to get off work early. Last time I try to do business with them. I hope this sorry employee situation catches up to them.

Placed order online for delivery, get a call nearly an hour later saying they had no drivers tonight and we either had to pay more to DoorDash it or pick up the order. Husband goes and picks up order and they still charged for a delivery

order a large pizza took over 30 mins for pizza then the chesses was over the pepperonis so i didn’t even think i got the pep then the jalapenos on my pizza was raw and poor placed on my pizza. My pizza also as soon as i picked up a slice ALL the toplining’s slid off…. after i still ate the pizza cause i was very hungry had stomach issues for 3 days after consuming the food. I love papa johns but the one here in Paris, Tx is horrible, not even gonna mention the horrible customer service. DO BETER! I will recomend PAPA MURPHY’S OR LAZY T’S SONT GO HERE NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR EFFORT. PERIOD.

Asked for no meat on one half and ended up getting a glob of something all over the pie. Really didn’t taste that great and they have the nerve to charge $31.00 for a large pizza. I used to love going to Papa John’s when I lived in Austin but I think I’ll pass on any future visits and stick with the frozen pizza aisle.
