I got my pizza tonight and the entire center section is stuck to the box. I called and spoke with the manager, Cece. She refunded the fee for tonight‘s pizza. I told her the last two times I ordered pizza from there. It took more than an hour to get my pizza delivered, and it was cold when I got it. She could not have cared less!! Just rude and dismissive!Sorry, excuse for a manager.

This is probably the worst Papa Johns in Dallas. It’s as if I’m eating a piece of cardboard with rationed out toppings on top. Literally the top of the pizza is separated from the crust at the bottom of the pizza. This was my second time ordering from this location. The first time they completely messed up my entire order. Safe to say I will never order from this location again.

This location doesn’t make the food with love. I’ll drive further for better quality rather than settle for this location for convenience. This instance was way too much crust. The time before that I requested my pizza be cut into squares and when I received it, it looked as if they did whatever with the pizza cutter. No thank you.

Alright y’all, get this – I ordered an “All The Meats” pizza from Papa John’s. I’m thinking, great, it’s a meaty party across the whole pie. But nope! It was more like a one-spot meat reunion, right in the center. Felt like all the meats just bunched up together for a family portrait!
Then, the app. It’s all like, “Hey, tip us for taking your order!” (which I picked up) Wait, what? Now, was I supposed to tip for being allowed to order or for the comedy of seeing my meat-mountain-in-the-middle pizza?
So folks, my order was less a dinner and more like a stand-up routine. Papa John’s, you made me laugh, but not for the right reasons. One star for the humor and zero for the pizza!

How is this location not shut down? (Found it on Uber eats, was closer to me. Didn’t check the reviews here first. Smh) they probably didn’t even make my food and had turned two drivers away. Gotta get them off Uber eats ASAP. And they didn’t answer the phone, I just called to try and see what was happening. SAD.

I pre-ordered online 2 hours before for take out order for 2:15 pickup. I arrived 11,12 minutes before scheduled pickup time to make sure I was there before it was ready to make sure I’d get it straight out of the oven fresh to take home. I arrived early like I mentioned to find my pizza already ready sitting on a rack NOT in a pizza warmer. Took pizza and bread sticks home which was a 5 minute drive to find my pizza stuff and barely warm. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I will definitely take Papa John’s OFF my list. I do not recommend the Abrams 75243 location. Although the customer service from the crew member Lexi was very pleasant, hospitable and professional. Only bright side of my whole experience.

The best damn pizza we’ve ever had! Service was outstanding. Saturday early afternoon May 6th 2023 2 extremely polite girls were working- I wish I would have taken their name. This will be our new go to!
