The pizza was horrible to say the least.. We ordered original crust but this is what we got; extremely thin, dry, cooked until burned crust. It was so tough, it hurt my mouth to chew. I only buy papa John’s because of their famous crust and it seems like it’s really hard to mess that up. I talked to “Roz” the shift leader and he argued with me about it. He refused me the general managers information when I kindly asked for it. When I asked what we can do to fix it he said I can drive all the way back to return the pizza. I said this is unacceptable and he offered me a whopping 25% off “my next order”, as if I would ever order here again. Totally unacceptable. So much for “better pizza” or “better service”

I was really disappointed with this pizzeria. As soon as I walked in, there was a terrible smell that made it hard to enjoy the food. The area around the restaurant was dirty and uninviting, which completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Awesome pizza, store was clean and bright. Parking was not fun, very tight parking lot. A homeless person came up and knocked on my window and asked very loudly for a bite.

The 2 papa johns stores around me have the worst ratings, and this one had better ones. I called to ask if they would deliver to my area 15 minutes away and the woman i spoke to was very nice and made the exception to deliver to me out of their range due to the other locations bad reviews.
I received my order extremely fast, and it was hot and delicious. Absolute perfection in quality. I was extremely satisfied.

I this this is the only papa johns store in west Dallas you know they take approximately 15mins to make a pizza so I tried ordering online later it’s just 10mins to deliver literally they are too busy with lots of pizza boxes in store and ewwwww….

Visited Papa John’s recently and tried their Veg Pizza – it was really satisfying! Fresh ingredients, good portion of cheese, and the base was nicely baked. The manager greeted us warmly and made sure our order was spot on. Great service and a pleasant experience overall.

If I could give this negative stars I would. What kind of pizza is this? Easily the worst pizza I’ve had. I ordered this using Uber eats, it took over and hour to receive the pizza “papa John’s preparing order.” Apparently, it was in the oven the whole time. Awful.
