I came in doing lunch. It was two beautiful ladies here I don’t know their names, but they gave me really good service. My pizza was good. They talk to me while my Pizza was getting made. We talked about Shaquille O’Neal we talked about life and they was really good at their customer service and the pizza was delicious. I just wanted to leave a nice comment.

Another terrible experience here and they wouldn’t even let me leave a a review. I live less than a nails from here and my delivery was 45 mins late. I was unable to cancel the order online or via calling in. Terrible service. And the wings look like McDonald’s nuggets. A mess
Typically have no issues here however, my experience today changed my view. I ordered a large “The Meats” and a Large Spicy Italian. I received a large pepperoni on original crust, and a large spicy Italian. I called the store back to correct the issue, waited on hold for 20 mins, and the call disconnected. Hopefully I will get a resolution. They also did a terrible job cutting the pizza.

This is worst papa John’s ever. Not even sure how they are still open. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and they consistently get my order wrong. I don’t eat pork due to religious reason and no matter what I get, there is always some type of pork on the pizza. I don’t have these issues at any other location.

Absolutely trash. Placed an order at 9 through their app. Ready at 945. Door dash driver assigned 950 order cancelled at 1030. Absolute joke of a place. Even when I’ve gotten my order previously it is always 100% wrong. Like you think it must be someone else’s but no your name and specifications are right on the box. Avoid at all costs.

Visited Dallas and ordered this to our AirBnB. The oder was incorrect and the food had long black hair in it. We uploaded photos of the incorrect order and Uber Eats refunded the charge. Never again!

From the cleanness to customer service to how the pizza was delivered, this location should be ashamed of themselves. In this area of Dallas, the standard must be higher. The people inside are so rude like the doing you a favor when you ask them the status of your order that’s 10 mins late after the app says ready.

The general customer service representative had messed up my order when i called in. Once I arrived at the store is when I discovered my order was messed up. The IN STORE manager and associate got right on to the problem and fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I will most definitely be ordering from here AGAIN. The manager Jerry was AMAZING.
