When I went in there the person who handed it to me (the manager that wasn’t on shift) didn’t try to even open the box just said here your order. I’m walk to the car and see that it’s wrong. So I go back in and said it wrong and they said they mixed up the pizzas. Okay that’s fine how long the wait time. So I go back in and again didn’t try to open box to show me it’s right. I looked at the pizza for the second time in the store and felt I was getting attitude from the manger and the workers. So I was just like forget it and walked out. Upon driving home realized the pizza is WRONG AGAIN! There no jalapeños on the pizza and barely in meat. I won’t be back

I parked and put in if they could bring out to my car just cause I didn’t want to have to wait inside when I pulled up the designated parking spots for them to bring out the pizza to me they were taken. So I parked beside them where I could literally see inside, the lady finally comes out with the pizza and tells me just so you know you need to park in the designated parking spot that way I can find you Even though I could literally see her inside which I don’t mind going inside to get but I just don’t understand why she told me that I need to park at the designated spot when there was someone in them? Then she proceeds to tell me, so for next time just park in those spots I always tell the workers not to park in them I know he did this time but just for next time. ???? So was I supposed to get out of my car and tell them to move?? I don’t understand I’m confused I don’t understand why she would tell me that like what’s you want me to do if they are taken. Then I get home and see the pizza they game me like come on now

Ordered again today 10/15/24. I just love y’all!! I got 2 large pizzas they were hot fresh and the toppings were so nice I just always enjoy ordering from this location. The driver was nice and handsome too!! Big blessings to this crew working up there!

Ordered here today and it was so damn delicious . They have a special where you can get 2 two toppings pizzas for $20. I got spicy Italian sausage with mushrooms and then I got meatballs with Philly steak. It got to my door super fast and it was hot fresh and very good . Thank you and shout out to the Beltline Crew! I hope y’all have a blessed day .

Ordered pizza & wings. The wings had no sauce & the “stuffed crust” pizza was no where near being stuffed. The chicken poppers had something green on the inside. Called the manager to request they make the food correctly. He tried to charge me extra to add sauce to dry wings & refused to fix the pizza. Nothing said about the chicken poppers. The food & customer service have seriously declined. I respectfully asked for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a place that still values their customers.

I placed an order for delivery. They called to tell me my order was canceled because they didn’t have any drivers. They never asked if I could possibly pick it up. I reordered and made it for pick up. Before we arrived at the store, I received a text that my order was ready. I sent my granddaughter in with the money. She paid and waited. After about 10 minutes, I called her to see what was taking so long. I went in and asked if the order was ready or not. They took an additional 5 – 10 minutes looking at boxes trying to locate our order. While standing there waiting, I observed the guy making pizzas and not wearing any gloves!!! I was about to ask for my money back when they came with the order. This was my first time and will definitely be my last time ordering from them!!

Picked up from this location during a doordash delivery today and this was the only location that I was treated badly! Lady that was fronting was so rude and was a piece of work! I had 2 pickups and she made it difficult to get the order- even if I already told her that I’ve confirmed it still wouldn’t give me the 2nd order that I was waiting on would not let me double check if the order was complete! Even told me I was not allowed back in HAHAHA I could report this location to corporate because pf how poorly you treated me and to think I did not raise my voice nor cuss her out! I doordash after my regular job and this lady goes by saying you’re gonna lose your job because Ma’am, I already reported you! That was not how you treat anyone and to think I came in the store with a smiling face and even greeted her but she was already rude right off the bat. People need re-training. I work in the healthcare industry and how I was just treated was unacceptable! You don’t treat anyone like that! Her being rude was just uncalled for! Hope Papa John’s corporate sees this

Very poor toppings on my pizza when I had ordered extra cheese and paying for other toppings that they did not put enough!
Delivery was the worst! The doordash driver got lost he kept calling to complain and tell me he didnt get paid enough for this he finally found me and said he was sweating, and if i didn’t have money for him when i had already paid for delivery fee PLUS TIP FEE! This location was very dissapointing!
