Beware of this Papa John’s…for the 2nd time l placed an order, but it was never delivered and I wasn’t notified that it would not be delivered. The money was taken out of my account though. I also called the location and it took over 20 minutes to reach someone. It’s best to stay away from this location. Not sure why it always takes so so so long to get your food delivered, and that’s if it is delivered. This location is so disappointing, once I get my money refunded, I won’t be using this location any longer. I recommend no longer using door dash for your service papa johns. A door dash person is sitting somewhere eating my pizza right now. Where I live is not hard to find with navigation. They gotta do better☹️

If I could do no stars I would…. Worst experience ever. First we waited almost an hour after they said it was done. Then we saw our pizza sitting on the counter for 20 min and the lady grabbed our done pizza with no gloves after she wiped her hands all over her clothes and then they forgot our bread sticks so when they finally got those to us we look at em and our pizza was cold and it wasn’t even cut when we asked them to cut it the lady huffed like it was such an inconvenience and we just left didn’t take it. Terrible service and the service people were so rude. Never will I come to this location ever again

If I could give negative stars I would. Gotta love when pizza comes (after over an hour wait) lukewarm, crust as hard as a rock, with toppings mysteriously missing. Absolute garbage. If your spouse chooses them for dinner… just say no! Going forward I’ll just override him for Eno’s or Marcos.

This Papa John’s needs to fire the Manager! I placed an order and it was immediately CANCELLED!! I called Papa John’s to inquire, the Manager told me she had to cancel because she was extremely behind!! What type of management skills is Papa John’s requiring? They’d rather lose money than take orders TF!!!! They weren’t gonna bother calling me to say, “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!” EITHER CLOSE THE STORE or REPLACE YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM, THEY SUCK!!!!!

Ordered a large stuffed crust and a large works . Didn’t bother opening and checking my pizzas. Got home and saw that the large works only had vegetables in the middle. Man talk about lazy I guess was asking too much to spread the pizza evenly. Literally looks like they got a handful and threw it in the middle and kept going. I’ll need to start checking my pizzas before walking out next time. If there is a next time

Do not order from this location. You will be disappointed. This is the 3rd time I have given them a chance. The crust is always overcooked bubbles in the pizza with no toppings. I dont know but Papa Johns is going down hill.
