How about I ordered a pizza from papa john’s and I spent my last. I doordashed for that little bit of money! My pizza looked really bad so I asked could they remake and the manager said why. I said it looked like someone picked over my pizza and it didnt look like it should be sold. I said will you please remake it. The guy started making rude remarks and saying it’s going to look the exact same and the same amount of toppings. The other guys me from the back and said let them remake it and the manager said its going to look the same. I stood there to think verse go off. I then said if it’s going to be the same why waste time and remake it. He then decided he was going to give me a refund without my consent. He did it purposely because i said i spent my last until I get paid and my pizza never looked like that.
The problem is the money was refunded back to a card no immediate return…now what will I eat im thinking I started crying because I didnt have anything else to eat or to take to my kids! I called the police and they came to try and mediate the situation so I could eat the guy was still on bs so the police said we dont want you or your family to eat anywhere. The police said whatever you want to eat I’ll buy! I cried because that was my last. I help people but I dont have help. Papa Johns Pizza Thank God for touching the police heart to provide dinner! It’s been very tight and hard.

2. God Always provides! I had an emotionally unbelievable day! I literaly cried so hard the police lean against the car and hugged me.
The police said Theres still good people out there. I started crying more ive been catching hell and Im doing all I know and trying not to faint!
The only nice person was Kd!

OFI COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF GIVE THEM NEGATIVE TEN!!! After driving 10+ hours I decided that I wanted to just order a pizza and wings and call it a night. (BAD DECISION. Ordered a pizza and chicken bites. Asked for spicy sausage and Parmesan chicken bites. When I received my food I got a pepperoni pizza and some type of Asian inspired sauce on my chicken bites. Called and was told It would take 10 business days to receive a refund. I forgot about it until the next time I went to order. So I called them and informed them that I never received it. The head manager asked me 21 questions and then told me to call tomorrow so he could talk to corporate. I called back and he told me they sent it again. Neither time have I received it. This is not how you do business. No wonder they have a 3 star rating. Terrible experience all around. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDERS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Love their pizza more than any other. But my order was recently “messed up”. I ordered philly cheese steak pizza and my pizza had some pieces of bacon in it, the label on the order was entirely different. I do not eat bacon and did not request for bacon to be added to my pizza. That is “unacceptable”

Always trust your guts. I walked in and started to turn around. Everyone is running around in there with their coats and sweaters on. No uniform. Looking they literally came off the streets and started working in the clothes they had on 2 weeks ago. The pizza looks like it was thrown together. Then to add insult to injury, I found a piece of wood in the pizza. NEVER AGAIN I will buy from that location.

I ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats that cost me nearly 40 dollars with extra costs added. With that being said I’d expect Papa Johns to meet the minimum expectations I’ve asked for. On one of my pizzas I clearly asked for no cheese but what’d they do… they added cheese. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and absolutely cannot eat it so I’ve wasted my time and money on something he can’t eat. 0 stars. Don’t recommend. I’ll never eat here again.
