Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 5pm for kids going trick or treating. Called at 5:15 and was told the were very backed up. Changed to pickup and told it would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at store around 5:25 told another 15-20 minutes till it’s ready and got yelled at by the guy cooking it because they over committed on orders. Now have kids going trick or treating with no dinner. Awesome. Order from somewhere else – can’t rely on a place that over commits – plenty of pizza places around.
Adding on the outcome… so they literally lied to me and many others there continually stating our orders were in the oven… finally 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered I learn they had not even started making it… I cancelled and drove down the road to the chick flla to salvage dinner for the kids. That will be my last interaction with Papa John’s.

Got 50% off deal, placed order and came in to pick up. The young person/ cashier was very nice and politely help everyone given how busy it was. My pizza got issue with very little topping on it, but the manager got it right by communicating through email and we got it resolved.

Uses DoorDash delivery system for majority of deliveries and that makes quality suffer. Even if you put down to not have them knock or ring the doorbell they will still do it 50% of the time – which is awful
Also if you order extra sauces then you better hope that you actually get them because you are still paying for them if you don’t.

Ordered from Uber eats for a delivery. 2 hours later still haven’t received. Ordered again directly and picked up. Nichole was SOOOOO very apologetic, accommodating and genuinely concerned. She made sure my order was hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to doing a great job. Only because of you will we continue to order from this location!

Placed an order the day ahead for a party. Even called the morning of the party to ensure they had my order and the delivery instructions. They confirmed all. At the delivery time, I get a random text from someone asking me for my address. Turns out it was a Door Dash person. Poor service from Pappa John’s. Did not give him the address or the delivery instructions. Poor service from the manager (Nicole) when I called. She just blamed the Door Dash person and said he didn’t speak good english. Would not recommend or order from here again.

This location is really disappointing lately. Pizza always arrives lukewarm. Today they really made us reconsider coming back because they dropped red pizza sauce all over our front porch and wall, barely apologized and just walked off. We even paid extra for that sauce. No more good tips for these drivers, they’re not worth it. When you try and call to talk to someone, it just sends you through a bunch of automated messages. Won’t be coming back here.

First time ordering Papa John’s, EVER. Worst pizza experience. Taste and appearance were poor, pizza was cold and dry. I ordered extra toppings and it was scarce — makes me wonder what “normal” toppings would have been. The pizza was flat and honestly tasted and looked like the pizza you get at a children’s party. Seriously it was so bad. Bland and sooo FLAT. Won’t purchase from this place again. We buy pizza often as business owners, to provide lunch for clients and team members. THANK GOD we tried this at home first and not for business — what an embarrassment.

We’ve been served burnt pizza, extremely dry pizza with no sauce, rancid tasting pepperoni, forgotten extra sauces we paid for, the list goes on.

WORST AT ITS BEST!!!!!!.Always wondered why Papa Johns is not doing good. I just found the reason. The worst ever, even though refunded the whole amount, we were hungry and we ended up with 2 pizzas in similar situation. I just feel like they owe me more money for keeping me and my wife hungry for the whole night. Thanks to Papa Johns
