Tried pan pizza for first time and last time. There was nothing crisp about it, just a tough, chewy layer of cheese on the bottom and too much going on everywhere else.
Also ordered a normal crust pie- the dough was so strange. It broke apart like cardboard, and it was very thin (a couple mm’s) underneath the toppings.
The toppings were falling off because there was hardly any cheese on the pie.
It’s been awhile since we’ve had pizza and this was such a letdown.

Why did I look this place up and get my kids excited for pizza for the drive home and they are closed!! It is 9:45pm and they say open until midnight. We have a 2 hr drive home now with no pizza cuz they don’t know how to tell time. I guess ill stick with Dominoes from now on. Atleast they dont lie about their hours.

I ordered delivery and it came burnt, wrong and looked like slop! I called the manager Lowell and he made me feel like it was my fault! He then said he would send the correct pizzas, I told him I would rather give the pizzas back and get my money! He said it was too late I would have to call back the next day, and I had to go get my children food somewhere else. I called the next day and Lowell then told me that he tried to send me new pizzas and because I declined his manager said there was nothing they could do. He also told me his manager would be calling me to follow up. He didn’t! I will never order from them again! Or Papa John’s for that matter! Thanks Lowell! By the way this was 2 days before Christmas and I was out $48 and the money to go get different food.

Worst pizza I’ve ever ingested. It was an assault on my taste buds. We ordered chicken and bacon, NY cheese, and a Shaq-a-roni. Awful. Dry, tasteless, I’m still angry that I wasted those calories.

The pizza wasn’t good: there are better pizza options anywhere else. However, I wanted a crispy thin-crust.
I did get that; however, the pepperoni was an odd flavor. Almost like it went bad or something? (I don’t know—it was sour!)
I probably will not be returning to this location. On top of the pepperoni having an odd taste, the pizza was cold when I picked it up. Almost like it had been sitting from some other person ordering it, but then deciding not to pick it up. That was really odd, considering I was over 5 mins early picking up the pizza. It was at the quality of a competitors $5 hot and ready, but it wasn’t hot.
The location is easy to get to. The parking lot is fine, but it looks like there is only two spaces for POA johns, since the nail shop next door has all the other spaces marked as foe their customers only. Seems like there is a parking dispute here.
Also, my pepper looks like someone here snacked on it? Ummm what lol.

I got delivery so I can’t speak to atmosphere. I’ve had the heart shaped pizza the previous two years, however it’s the first time I’ve had it at this particular location since moving back to Texas. They did an excellent job, it had just the right amount of tomato sauce and cheese, and a nice crispy crust by the time it got to me. I crave papa johns pizza sauce, its so good. It was delivered warm which was good as I always preheat my oven just in case it’s not. You can add extra toppings as well, you don’t have to just have pepperoni, so I added mushrooms too. I was very pleased indeed! When you know you’re going to go over your calories for the day and not hit your Macros it’s nice to know that what you’re spending your money on, and using up your daily calories for, is worth it, and Papa John’s has been consistently worth it for years, even across multiple locations.

Delivery was slow. They do it though DoorDash. Pizza was cold and not good. The crust was aweful. Just order Marco’s. They are the option now.

This location is hit or miss on toppings. the taste and quality of their pizza is almost always good. Pizza dough is usually well cooked flavors are usually good too, but it is hit or miss on the topping volume. Not sure if they are told to skimp on premium toppings but sometimes it is a joke how much meat you get. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak pizza and unlike the advertised pizza, I got about 10-12 small pieces of steak. Two of the slices did not have any meat on them. Was not expecting pizza like the commercials, but come on you can do better than that.
Most of the time the pizza is great, though every once in a while you’re left guessing where’s the beef.

I received the pizza more than an hour later and the safety seals were broken. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone was answering like it was nothing what I was telling him about the safety seals. With the crazy world we live in these days, I’m concerned when I receive my food with the safety seals broken, specially if I’m going to give this food to my kids.
I hope papa John’s put more attention to this issues because at the end we are the ones who give them our business and we deserve to receive a good customer service from their personal.

Always get pizzas that we love. We decided to try wings for the first time. Really??!! Will never order them again. Not even close to the pic. Aren’t these supposed to be tossed in sauce?
