Toppings or cheating? Barely any topping on a one topping pizza that I ordered. It was like plain cheese pizza rather. What a rip off. Don’t waste your money on this business – they just try to maximize their own pockets at your expense. They don’t deserve to be in business. Take your business to another pizza chain or location – not like they are great, But at least won’t be this worse. Enough people boycott and they will close.

Loved its cheesy jalapeños bread sticks with garlic butter. Perfect for vegetarians. You can also try harden fresh veggie pizza with the toppings of your choice. We also tried plain garlic bread that was also good to eat with red pizza sauce.

I had never seen any papajohns making the pizza leaving most part of the edges for a large sized pizza. This is really waste of money. Moreover i never saw any papajohns store charging for italian seasoning from the past 5 years. Very frustrating after seeing the pizza like this.

I usually enjoy Papa John’s, but this order from the Coit Road location in Plano missed the mark. I placed an online order for delivery and spent about $40. When the food arrived, the wings were really cold, and the pizza (requested extra pizza sauce) was missing the pizza sauce entirely.
Instead, they put ranch dressing as the base, which I didn’t request. It overwhelmed the flavor and we couldn’t eat the pizza or the wings (they looked and felt undercooked) I’m not sure if it was a mistake or a mix-up in the system, but it really impacted the overall experience and we will not be ordering from here again.

Just carried out 3 pizzas, dough is flat and tastes like cardboard. Horrible. Worse then a frozen pizza. Fix the dough!!!

We ordered couple of customized pizzas last night for a birthday party and they were made almost instantaneously and they were exceptionally tasty. Clean environment and friendly customer service. Deserve a 5-star rating for sure.

This is the BEST location! Pizza is always correct and always ready when we get there. I accidentally ordered at the independence location once and I waited forever to even be acknowledged. The coit location is friendly and efficient! If you’re near central Plano- order from this location!

No sense of urgency on getting orders done. Walked in at the time it said to carry out and ended up having to wait and additional 30 more minutes on top of what I already waited. Would mark orders as “Ready” without them actually being done. 11 other customers had to wait in the lobby wondering when their order was going to be done. NEVER ordering here again.

I used to be a big fan of Papa Johns. But hadn’t ordered from them in a while, so thought I would give it another shot. Appears they have subcontracted their delivery out to door dash. So once the pizza is done, it takes another 5-10 minutes for door dash to pick up your order. Then they come to your door with just the pizza boxes – nothing insulated to keep them warm. Result? COLD PIZZA. Never again.
