We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots. One pizza we got half jalapeno and half bell pepper, but they gave us banana instead of bell. And there was a hair on it, it wasn’t even cut either. The garlic knots were just dry bread with no garlic or butter or anything. The other pizza we got half of the crust had fallen off, it looked like they used old crust that was not edible. My boyfriend had to drive all the way back and tell them to remake it. They gave us a refund which was nice but I don’t think we’ll be back

The employees making pizza here are more concerned with conversing loudly about sex than making sure customers orders are correct. Pizza was missing half of its ingredients and it along with the desert i ordered were heavily burnt. After talking with the shift lead for a refund he gave me enough looks with his eyes to anger the most patient of people, possibly even going as far as to write down my license plate number while i was ordering from the next nearest papa johns. Corporate has been notified of the absolute state of this location, IF YOU NEED PIZZA DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG AT BEST AND A HEALTH HAZZARD AT WORSE. If anything bad happens to my home or car due to this location knowing my address and plate number I know it was the employees here that did it.

Didn’t make pizzas correctly, carelessly threw together the pizzas, spent $72, also nowhere close to hot!!! They threw the spicy garlic sauce (was supposed to have two) in the middle of my grandmothers brownie and it was busted in the box on top of it!! Chicken wings are luke warm borderline cold and mushy!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Ordered online and per the app said it was completed. Got there and order wasn’t prepared. On top of that pizza maker decided to get the pizza our early and rushed it, rendering pizza undone. Toppings were done uncorrectly. Would not be surpised if this location suffers from sales. Very poorly managed.

Okay so, we ordered the initial pizza, we wanted veggie on half, jalapeño on the other half and sausage on the whole pizza. We got the first order and we immediately had to call the store because what was delivered was absolute rubbish. They offered a second one (we had to wait almost 2hrs in total, just to eat dinner) which didn’t look any better.I don’t know if they just throw things on the pizza but it is not appealing at all. I cook my dogs food way better, whoever is making the pizza could put in a little more effort. Definitely never ordering from them anymore.

Jan 2024: giving them a shot again.. to find out delivery being done via doordash. I don’t use third-party delivery services. Pizza arrived and lid is flopped open. Very disconcerting, no more papa johns

This is how food is delivered from Papa John’s set time for 7:00 I got food at 7:30 jus to arrive like this 40 something dollars ordered on a Sunday night to have pizza and this is what we get I was told that their delivery service is a third party like door dash. A company that makes this much money has to use doordash delivery drivers man I miss Domino’s going back to them that company cares about their food quality and their products

Papa John’s should close down this store. They are giving every franchise a bad name. Last time I ordered here it took over 2 hours to get a Pizza. We gave them another chance, carryout this time, and they forgot items on the order, they would not honor online deals and the staff displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I may never return to Papa Johns, but will definitely never purchase from this poorly managed location again.
