Had a horrible experience just now with the delivery. They had no drivers so they sent a DoorDash driver to drop off my order. Marinara sauces were all over the bag of sauces and grated parm and crushed peppers. I ordered two waters and received only one. And my meal came with a 2liter of stary and I didn’t receive that either. I love papa John’s so this is very VERY disappointing!

My online ordering experience was awful. It had my location auto-filled so I didnt enter it, but apparently it didn’t have my apartment number. That led to the delivery driver taking my order back to the store. (I had missed a call from an unknown number, not the store’s number, at some point after ordering but they didn’t leave a message or text so I have no clue if this was the driver or not.) The online tracker wasnt working so I didnt know what happened until I called the store. The woman I spoke to helped get the order re-delivered, and I received the food an hour and fifty-five minutes after my original order time. It was delivered by someone with a Doordash bag. I accidentally didnt tip when I ordered online (I submitted my credit card info without seeing the tip option and didn’t realize the tip screen wouldnt appear afterwards.) I tried to tip after delivery but that option wasn’t available. Overall terrible experience trying to order through the website, wouldn’t recommend.

The employees were great. The pizza was well made. The problem is the ingredients. I’m very healthy and fit person. My stomach started to hurt after 2 slices. The cheese texture is absolutely gross . The cheese does not pull it’s so full of fat it seperates as the pizza cools down. The dough is so bad for something that’s not frozen. I’ve had better frozen pizza that this pile of fat and the cheapest ingredients you can probably buy. Little Caesars blows papa John’s out of the water. That’s a low bar……… I will never buy Papa John’s pizza again. I’m won’t even eat it if it was free. The single topping large pepperoni pizza has 2800 calories. It’s because of the bottom barrel ingredients they use. I guarantee you if you ate Papa John’s once a day for a week it will make you sick. It’s not surprising they are on the verge of bankruptcy.

The two for 6.99 each promotion is great. We each got a Papadilla which is like a small pizza folded in half and some cinnamon bites for under 25 bucks. Was ready in less than 15 minutes. We ordered in store and the night before we ordered online. I prefer in store. The employees were kind and helpful.Thanks you gals rocked

Ordered the Doritos papadia for mothersday after working all day this was supposed be my mothersday treat the seasoning was not on it and there was hardly anything in it was mostly bread when called to tell them this they said that I would have to bring the item in for them see it well for starters this was the second time I ordered and it didn’t have the seasoning on it and second I have worked in the restaurant business and and you absolutely do not have food brought back in after leaving restaurant for safety reasons of contamination and third the customer service here was horrible I will not order here again

Destiny is the person I see every time I go to the Harvard and 51st location. She works her tail off in there and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work so hard. Sometimes she’s in there by herself closing the store which blows my mind but she finds a way to make it work. Shout out to her!

I come here at least twice a week but recently they have been scamming me and today was the worst I always get 2 orders of pepperoncini and legit I pay for it and they only gave me 3 what is this last time they gave me like 5 usually they give me like 10 mind you it all ready comes with 1 so technically they only gave me 2 you can clearly see that I payed for 2 orders not for 2 pepperoncini

So the staff was friendly, seemed a bit overwhelmed when I went inside. No one wore a mask. The pizza was burnt and dry. It was a simple pepperoni pizza and it wasn’t made with any kind of care.
