I did pick up. App said was ready but when I went in, had to sit and wait about 15min. And another man had to wait and he said it had told him his was ready as well. Good flavor do like a thinner crust but still good value for price.

Worst service ever. I Ordered 2 pizzas; whole ham and the second was half ham. When I got the pizzas , they were 95%cheese. When I talked to them about it, the response was,”this one is only in half and it’s under the cheese and for the whole ham pizza, he said “it’s under the cheese”. If you aren’t happy it will be 15 mins or more. The rudeness was u real. I don’t care how busy you are, people order what they want and you should make it that way. I don’t want a dash of meat on my pizza because you’re in a hurry.

Once a week family staple … it’s as bland as it gets but hubby and 2 boys all picky eaters with no room for change. Right now it’s making sure there is something to eat to help them survive . I promise you all the specials in this store are great. We are loyal members of Owasso Papa John’s Pizza

Pizza was clearly dropped and not fixed before delivering it. Our pizza was crushed in half.
Update: I’m pleasantly surprised at how fast they fixed this issue and even elaborated on the crust being a bit of a known issue for them. I changed a 1-star to a 3-star but 5-star service. Thank you for a quick fix. The app told me to expect a response within 48 hours but when I called and spoke to the manager it was quickly resolved.

Why are you charging for parm & red pepper packets? You can’t charge extra for condiments, and expect me to still do business with you. Between delivery fees and the driver tip, I just spent over $50 to have 2 pizzas delivered, and you want to nickel and dime me for condiment packs that only cost you 4 cents each? That’s gonna be a hard no from me, going forward.

We ordered pizza over an hour and 15 minutes ago, and it just arrived. We called right before it arrived, saying we weren’t going to pay for it because it took forever and we were going to bed. The guy who answered was super rude and lied to us, saying he called telling us it was going to be late, which he never did. Horrible customer service. We tipped the driver for her trouble because it wasn’t her fault. He also told us he didn’t put the pizza in until an hour after we ordered it.
Update: I recently ordered from here because it had been a few years, and we figured our last bad experience was just because they were having a bad night. Unfortunately, we had a very similar experience. I’m not going to try again.
