We ordered wings from Papa John’s in Glenpool today and were really disappointed with what we received. The website clearly describes “covered wings,” but ours barely had a drizzle of sauce — several wings didn’t have any sauce on them at all.
We called the store to give them a chance to make it right, and were told there’s nothing they can do because they’re only allowed to use a certain amount of sauce on 15 wings — even though that doesn’t match how the product is advertised online.
To make matters worse, the only solution offered was 50% off our next order… which isn’t much of a resolution considering there’s already a public coupon for 50% off starting tomorrow.
We weren’t expecting anything unreasonable — just wings that match the description and a fair attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both product quality and customer service.

We used to LOVE Papa John’s pizza, but have had ongoing problems with receiving pizzas with undercooked crusts. We decided to give them a try again after several years but had the same issue this time. As you can tell from the photos, neither pizza’s crust was fully cooked. We scraped back the toppings and sauce, and the dough is still raw underneath. The very bottom of the crust is cooked, it just didn’t cook all the way through. We even requested a “well done” crust.
We called the store and the manager on duty kindly gave us a full refund. Great service, amazing looking pizza toppings, terrible crust.
I hope Papa John’s can fix this problem so we can enjoy their pizza again!

I thought I ordered delivery through the app, but when the order finalized, it was for carry out. My hubby and I had just settled into our hotel after a long day of travel and were exhausted. I called this location, and they were very helpful. They updated the order to delivery and were so nice about making the change. The food was exactly as I had ordered it, plus it was fresh and delicious. Thanks Papa John’s team!

This Papa John’s location (store #3406)is always a great place for your pizza needs. From a great selection to friendly smiles this store keeps you wanting to come back. I was unsure of what I wanted to order and the assistant manager Karmen was there with me the whole time offering different selections. She actually took the time to explain items she felt I was unsure of. Her kindness was very pleasing. Thank you Karmen!!!
The store presents itself as clean with a fully stocked pop selection. The outside was clean with no obstacles. If you are looking for a great pizza place get over and give them a try today!

Really disappointed. Here is what $45 for two pizzas gets you here. The store manager did give us a refund, but didn’t care to see the photos of the pizza or offer an apology. Papa John’s has DoorDash delivering their pizzas and this is what we received. The tamper stickers were also removed. Our pizzas were carried around on their sides which is just bizarre…

No complaints about this PJ’s location, been there many times. They are always prompt on getting their orders done. As a personal preference – I like the ingredients, amount of sauce, and quality. They’re pretty solid. I love their garlic butter sauce, my dream is for them to fill a kiddie pool with it and let me splash around. My only critique this time around is that there seemed to be quite a bit of crust and it was rather chewy. They are generally consistent otherwise. I prefer PJ’s to every other pizza chain, I must say. And this location doesn’t disappoint.

GlenPool store manager was rude, disrespectful and completely incompetent. The order was taken by automated attendant then sent to a live operator. I order a medium original with a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi offered as an update by the live attendant at the call center. When driver arrived (very nice & professional) he gave me the pizza gave him a $5 tip and as he was walking away, I said oh my Pepsi. He went back to his car came back up with a receipt saying there was no Pepsi on the order. I know he had nothing to do with so I called the store manager he said his name was Daniel. He said nope not on the receipt. I said ok so your telling me you are charging me $18 for a medium Pizza when you are advertising 2 largest for almost half the price. He said don’t know what to tell you. I said you are the manager. He said nothing I can do. So I explained he would get a bad review and it would be sent in to the BBB.

The staff kept having to double-check the orders, and they weren’t properly bumping the orders, which is why I would call it “disorganized.” At one point, one of the staff had to ask a customer to check their food to make sure it was correct. And other staff members would have to check pizzas because they’d mix them up on the rack. I was only in the store for 15 minutes, and for them to make so many mistakes in that time during a non-busy hour is unacceptable.

The green bell peppers were massive!!! Why wouldn’t they chop these up? Also please make your employees wear gloves when preparing food. The girl working the register was also cooking. So nasty!!
