Y’all better keep the pizza bowls on the menu, they’re awesome…. The staff is always great, I never have a bad experience in the store…. But the callin service used for this location is trash, it takes 10 minutes to order, there’s definitely room for improvement there…. Work on making the phone ordering process as great as the pizza bowls

I keep giving them a chance, like all the other pizza joints in town, bc I love pizza, but every place in town finds new and creative ways to botch a pizza. And Papa Johns is no different. If the dough isn’t raw, it’s burnt. Or they’re so much sauce it’s the makings of a heart burn commercial. Order at your own risk.

I messed up on my online order and I put the wrong date down. When i called with concern that my order hadn’t shown yet, the lady on the phone was very helpful and put my order in for today instead of tomorrow. I’m pretty happy because I have a hoard of kids that are hungry.

Worst pizza I ever ate in my life! I usually love papa John’s pizza but when I stopped at the papa John’s in the Domino’s truck stop I was totally disappointed! The pizza toppings amounts were very little – hardly any cheese, the wrong toppings from what I ordered & pizza was burnt on bottom!

Experience one: was asked to go pick up my order because they had no driver. Asked if I would get the delivery fee back since they weren’t delivering and was told no
Experience two: waited three hours on an order that was estimated at 30-40 minutes to receive wrong pizza. Had to call and ask them to bring correct pizza since the one they gave me I was allergic to. Received new pizza 1.5 hours later with cheese and toppings not on the pizza.
Experience number three: during a carry out order I witnessed an employee pick her ear clean and also pick her nose with NO hand washing in place.
Experience four: placed an order at 11:52 (they close at 12:00) email confirmation comes at 11:57 saying it’s on the way. Store calls to say we close at midnight ovens are already off. But the website says u take order deliveries till midnight??
Won’t be back unless I hear it’s under new management

This pizza was definitely reheated. I’ve never had papa johns that tasted this bad. It would be good for a gas station heating lamp pizza but I expect better from papa johns. I figured I was in trouble when my pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes and I ordered a “works” pizza. I’m sure they had a cold one that never got picked up and they just saved it and ran it back through the oven when I ordered. Not cool.
I will say in the past their pizza was very good at this location. I think a lot of places in Woodward have gone down hill since the last time I was here a few years back. I think their over-all economy is struggling maybe.

Ordered online and drove thru to pick up. Pizza was exactly as ordered, was hot and ready when I got there. Never had a bad experience at Woodward Ok Papa John’s. And the price is great when ordering online. 3 topping large for $9.99!
