They are great here and always super nice and fast. The review at the end of the phone call is automated and needs to add the option to go back because if you’re like me and accidentally click the one but want to give them a five they don’t give you the option to do it over. So I wanted to give them a good review and hopefully they upper management can take note of this and make it to where you can hit a number to redo the review. 1 is bad and 5 is great. I’m dyslexic so I usually mess up my numbers at least once so adding a 0 to start over would probably help y’all out with the phone review. Thanks

We placed an order last night and after about an hour I looked on papatracker to see if my order was on the way sadly there wasn’t an update on the status of my order so I attempted to call the store numerous of times and no one answered. I’m thinking this is crazy because what is wrong with these people to feel like they have a right to play with my hard earned money and not deliver a service. Long story short when I left for work this morning the pizza was sitting on the ground in front of our door. Ofcourse it was cold by then and I’m not eating any food that was sat on the ground. So on my lunch break I spoke with the manager of the store in which he has a very cocky attitude extremely unprofessional never gave me his name and hung up in my face as if I was wrong for wanting my money back. Buyers be aware of this location if you have money to throw away and don’t mind eating trash food with very poor nonchalant service even from the manager than go for it. I don’t know what is wrong with these people nowadays. It’s sad. I will never eat or spend a dime at this establishment ever again. It’s too many other pizza restaurants who take pride in their food and deliver exceptional customer service.

The lady was absolutely rude I waited for my order and she would slam cuss things and then met with her friends while making my order and had inappropriate dealings with her friends while making our food and all her co-worker could do was watch. The service was absolutely incompetent

I’ve ordered here from multiple times and for a pizza joint a fast food piece of joint is pretty good it’s clean and the pizza is always pretty good never had a real problem besides them for getting ranch like one time but I don’t care

Quality at this location has plummeted after the old crew left. Damn shame. I ordered an original extra large sausage and they made it flat crust I swear.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The store and the cooking utensils are not clean. They do not EVER wash their pizza pans. If they fall on the floor they don’t even wipe them off they’re just put through the oven once and then used. The floor is NEVER mopped.

If they have no drivers they will offload your order to door dash and have it delivered two hours late and it will be cold. After contacting the manager he didn’t want to cancel my order because, “we can’t refund everyone who’s order goes though door dash” hmm well I paid 5 dollar delivery fee to you and a tip which the dasher said they don’t receive any of. And I have dashpass so had I just ordered it though then it would have been free delivery and arrived on time instead of two hours later. Genuinely a horrible scummy practice. Avoid Papa John’s at all cost. There are local shops that will treat you with respect instead of like you’re a dumb person to be taken advantage of.

I order at 12:59 pm for my kids lunch. Epic pepperoni stuff crust with pepperoni. Came to me with just cheese and light sauce.The crust is nothing but cheese. The person other end had a horrible attitude. I won’t be ordering pizza early in the day from Pappa John’s at all.
