I picked up my pizza, and everything has always been good—until today. I was surprised to find that my breadsticks were burned. I’ll have to double-check next time, but it’s disappointing that they packed them and put them out as “ready” even though they were clearly burnt.

Ordered a supreme onñine. Received it an hour later, had no toppings and was cold. Called and complained. They said the would replace it. An hour later Received another cold puzza. At least had toppings this time. BTW I was literally 3 miles away so should not have been cold.

We ordered delivery and WOW—hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Super fast delivery, amazing flavor, and awesome neighborhood deals with coupons available by mail. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

We messed up an order from delivery to carry out, staff was incredibly polite. Had a great experience with them. Thank you and keep up the awesome work. 1/1/2026 (Brooklynn)

Pizza was uncut and not completely cooked. I double checked my order just to make sure I didn’t click for them not to cut it, and I for sure didn’t. I ordered online and picked up in store. I didn’t realize it wasn’t cut or completely cooked until I got home. Mid way into the pizza was uncooked, resulting in a chewy texture.

Awesome pizza and service! These guys did a great job taking care of their customer, and that stuffed crust pizza was AWESOME! Even my half and half create your own was made correct and cut correct. Thank you!

I ordered a pizza from them about a week ago and their creepy driver was texting inappropriate messages to me, I felt so unsafe and the driver never delivered the pizza. So unprofessional and disturbing, I still have not received my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location. I placed an order via Uber Eats, and the estimated preparation time was 15–20 minutes. Based on that, I arrived at the store after 20 minutes, only to find a significant delay.

There was only one staff member working despite multiple pending orders. I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to finally receive my order. For a single pizza, spending an hour just to pick it up is completely unreasonable.

The owner or whoever is responsible for this location needs to start valuing customers’ time. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Food was 50 minutes late because they didn’t update GrubHub status, and after not answering the phone again and again they finally picked up. Dude on phone basically said too bad, so sad it’s been sitting here. He just shrugged it off. Only after call did the status change.
When food did arrive, they were missing items. Chicken poppers looked like they had a little squirt of seasoning. And the Bleu cheese was nuked with it, so it was busted open and melted / coagulated.
That’s not even all of it. Usually Papa John’s hits the spot (yay cheese sauce). But wow.

Update: Tried it again. Items wrong and bread sticks were awful. Manager was great – said may have been due to oven cleaning and actually answered phone! But since then even Papa Johns corporate says there’s no way to reach them and *the only way to order from here is in person*.

My friend bought me a Papa John’s pizza for us to share for Father’s Day.

We have been friends for 30 years and she knew that the last time I’d had a Papa John’s pizza was in Greeley, Colorado before 2010.

The truth is I had forgotten all about Papa John’s until Saturday when we were at the $5Below store next door to get pool noodles.

Anyway long story short..
(Too Late)
She observed how excited I got when I saw Papa John’s so she ordered a pizza and we picked it up after church.

It was even better than I remembered from Colorado.
The stuffed cheese crust was perfect, not too much cheese or crust like other places, just the right amount, and the garlic butter dipping sauce was the best I’ve had, except when I’ve made it myself.

The toppings were all fresh tasting and the dough was the perfect texture.

I am not a pizza guy at all, and can normally go years and years without it.

Apparently that was only because I’d forgotten about Papa John’s and did not know there was one here.

Now that I’ve become reacquainted I plan on becoming a steady customer because it turns out the only reason I wasn’t a pizza guy is because there is so much bad pizza out there.

Papa John’s is different.

The flavor was exquisite and every single bite was a symphony of flavor, and I am not just spewing hyperbole here.

If you do not consider yourselves
‘pizza people’
maybe it’s because you have not tried Papa John’s lately.

If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Sincerely ,

Andrew John Bookter

PS: I would include photos but unfortunately it was gone before I realized.
