This place is a public safety concern. I would not recommend Papa John’s to anyone. We ordered two large pizzas and multiple cups of marinara pizza sauce. My husband and I took a bite of the pizza dipped in the sauce. The sauce had fermented and tasted strongly of wine. The cup also smelled of wine as well. We called and spoke to Dion the manager to express our concerns. She laughed over the phone and the only thing she would offer us was a refund for the sauce or a 50% off our next purchase. We will no longer be ordering from papa John’s going forward and I will be reporting this.

I ordered a four topping build your own pizza, the discount was -$5.00, ordered through door dash, the total online was 21 and some change. I drove twenty minutes as this was the only store that has anchovies.. yes. Anchovies. And when I got to the store I was informed they were out of anchovies, made the pizza with all the other toppings and ran me for the price of a three topping without the five dollar discount. My subtotal and total we 24 and some change. I.e, my price went up and my toppings went down. The area the store is in isn’t insanely busy, there’s parking everywhere, there was only one worker in the store and about five other orders waiting to go out the door. The service was prompt albeit, disappointing. They lacked the wherewithal or foresight, business mindset to at the very least call or message to verify the addition and subtraction of price and toppings was acceptable and instead assumed I wanted to pay more for less… It’s disappointing. This is however only one instance and if I ever utilize this location again, I would hope for better service in the future. My rating may increase, though I cannot be certain, it may also decrease..

This is usually a good location. Food and service. I will say the guy was short-handed when I ordered but 2 more workers were there before I left. Missing cheese on the cheesesticks. Toppings were all crowded on a few slices and undercooked so they were falling off. I tried to call back up there but I kept being placed on hold or it didn’t get answered. I’m going to try to call again. This really wasn’t worth what I paid for it.

Pizza was delivered with huge gaps of missing cheese, wrong order (put pineapple on a half cheese/half pepperoni) not to mention soggy bread that is folded up on arrival. For 26$ you would expect better. Attempted to contact management twice and the phone will just ring until it hangs up on you.

Tonight on Christmas I was in here and it was so chaotic people were coming in asking for orders and being rude, but the workers were working so hard and they were trying so hard to stay positive and get through the rush. These people need a raise. They had one girl on the the register trying to figure out everybody’s order.

This review unfortunately receives 1 star too many.
My wife and I were amazed at how bad this pizza was. The crust was awful. No life to it at all. The “New York pizza” was a total joke. We thought of every pizza we’ve had in our lives and without hesitation concluded this was the absolute worst pizza we’ve ever had. I feel sorry for this place cuz I remember liking PJ’s as a kid. Seriously go get a great value pizza from Walmart. It will be better than this 100%.

We ordered a pizza and I got a surprise when I chipped a tooth on this fun extra ingredient. I’ve never tried metal washers on pizza, and didn’t see it as a topping option online when ordering.

This was the worst. .oh AND I mean the worst business I’ve ever come across. Okay, so let’s get started real quick. We placed an order, and we waited almost an hour and thirty minutes. .we tried to go ahead and cancel even called another papa johns whilst at it. .they could’ve easily voided and deleted the transaction but didn’t. Some time later the pizza made it here. Crappy . .this was cold dough didn’t even feel cooked all the way the sauce was everywhere but in places it needed to be and the customer service was disgusting and horrible!!! Do not order from here! BEWARE!!

Ordered the other night. Pizza was barley warm and had been dropped or handled very rough. I called the store and asked for the manager to notify them of the pizza. Was placed on hold over and over (about 4 times in 8 minutes) then was hung up on. I will never order from there again.
