First and foremost, I would like to give a shoutout to Eddie for having the best customer service. It’s almost midnight and we didn’t realize this location closed AT midnight. He called me letting me know he didn’t have a delivery driver but that he would personally deliver it to me after he closed! We ended up finding a solution. Regardless, I will order from this location again and again! No attitude over the accidental last minute order and wanted to make sure his customer was happy. Not to mention the food is always great. This is truly what business is about.

The pizza and service at this Papa John’s can’t be beat! The pizza is always cooked perfectly, especially after they got their new ovens. The manager is incredible. He obviously cares about his job and making customers happy! They never screw up our order!

Pizza is usually cooked well. Fast delivery and pickup. We haven’t had any major issues with this location. Tried the cinnamon dessert and paid for icing on the side. The cup was basically empty. For $0.79 at least fill the cup up! The cinnamon pull apart wasn’t edible because it was so dry and needed lots of icing.

On 11/26/2024 I ordered a pizza for delivery.
Did not receive 2 garlic cups nor did I receive
2 plates or napkins. The delivery person had to acquire the cutlery from our motel breakfast area.
Pizza was awesome. But it’s the small details that make the delivery experience a 5 stars.

Very dissapointed by the product. I ordered a pizza with original crust but instead I got thin. Although that doesn’t seem important, the result was a hard, dry crust with minimal fluff. For this price I expect better. The employees were very nice though. Honestly the main reason I didnt call and complain was because I didnt want to bother them while they were likely busy with other orders

I ordered 3 small pizzas today, 2 were fine but one was moderately undercooked with soggy dough in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened to one of my orders. It would be great if they would cook the pizzas with more toppings a little longer to make sure they are fully cooked. Other than that the no contact delivery went fine and they go the details of the order just right.
I would have just sent them a message or something but there was nowhere I could find in the app to send them feedback about my order and the tracking part of the app was not working today.

The pizza is honestly good but if I’m paying $45 for two pizzas I expect to get them delivered to me 5 miles away less than an hour after getting out of the oven. Almost half the time I get a call looking for my location. The last time, and I mean it will be the last time, after three calls still no sign of the pizza. I called the store manager and got no resolution other than “I guess they’re looking for you”. I called the driver to send it back. There needs to be some training for the drivers and for local management on customer relations. I will find another pizza restaurant that works a bit harder and has a better attitude for their customers.
Update. Take anything that Christina Simmons said about this place “doing a 180” with a grain of salt. She’s the general manager who emailed me about my experience, invited me to call to discuss my experience and, after leaving a message on her cell, hasn’t returned my call or bothered to follow up in any manner after two weeks. The problems this particular location is experiencing seem to be systemic.

We had takeout on Thursday and it was okay. On Friday night Sharon rocked it!!!!! The best pizza and cheese sticks and papadillas. She hooked it up. Will go back. Quality is amazing. She is better than the guy on Thursday. Sorry. But true.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was called by the store, after an hour, asking me if my pizza was delivered and seconds later they told my pizza was in the oven. I was then called by the driver an older gentleman who was lost. I called the manager and hung up when I saw I car drive by my house. I then called the manger back and was treated very rudely. I then called corporate to complain and I will not get my money back for another 5 days. I have ordered from this location numerous times and this was the worst experience with papa Johns I have ever had.
