I was gone for a year and stopped by to see family while moving and twice the pizza was delivered squished to the side
I called and complained the 2nd time it happened and he asked if credit would be fine
The next day when trying to place an order we couldn’t find where so I called
They told me over the phone that my gf was “jumping up and down trying to get a spider”
Yet she didn’t do that nor did the driver even give her the pizza when she went to take a PHOTO of a spider
So they messed up our order twice and blamed it on my wife while refusing to correct their mistake
If she WAS “jumping up and down with the pizza
Why isn’t there any sauce or grease on the top of the box?

Not Only did they not honor my Bluejay card but when I’ve ordered 10+ times before there has no problem with it. So instead I order online only for them to call me right back to tell me they no longer have a driver. Lost my business for sure. That’s some pretty childish games for a place of business. Funny they never said they couldn’t deliver when I called the store like always because of the blue Jay card. Smh

Pizza was good, but the customer service is better. We had an error with the online order going through more than once. We got to keep all the pizza, and only had to pay for the initial order. It was my first time trying Papa John’s out here in Guthrie. I will definitely be going back.

Ordered food on a Friday night. Just before 9:30pm. Was called back and informed that they were no longer taking orders. Simply to start closing procedures.
If this is the way Papa John’s wants to do business they wouldn’t allow online orders to go through 30 min before close.
Spoke with Tim the store manager. Did not seem to care at all. Absolutely no Courtesy what so ever.
Sad to see someone so lazy and not want to work. This is the life you choose Tim, stop being miserable and find your calling in life because restaurant management isn’t for you.

We ordered a new Shaq pizza and after taking it home it was not well made. It is a very thin and no sauce pizza that tasted just as bad. Called the manager and he was very rude and told me I had to bring the pizza back to the restaurant because it was just my opinion that it was bad. So I drove back and the manager didn’t even speak to me. His employees were great though. They helped me out and corrected my issue by making a new pizza. Be careful with this location.
