We placed an order on Uber Eats, and when we got our pizza it had so much barbecue that you could not even eat the pizza, and when we called up to the store the “manager” decided to laugh in our faces and not want to make it right. Terrible service, terrible management. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give a zero star I would, it was that bad.

Pepperoni Rolls are delicious, even when they are a little burnt. Their pizza is consistently good and this place is open late. They are usually pretty good about including any extra dipping sauces when purchased. The only negative thing we have experienced is a delivery driver applying their own tip to a card payment. The management did resolve the issue professionally and didn’t give us any attitude over the phone. Now that issue happened over a year ago and hasn’t happened since and we have ordered from here multiple times with no additional problems.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the night manager at Papa John’s. I do not know his name at all, but he went above and beyond and every time I have gone in there, it is of course in the evening after Work and they have always always been so kind to me all of the guys and people that work there are incredible. But the manager tonight definitely did more than he is probably paid for when I kept having issues with orders. He hand-delivered my food to me. After my DoorDash took the food to the completely wrong area. He also refunded me as well. This place is great and they are very nice. I will continue to order from here. He needs a raise

Was transfered to store from answering service. I asked how much pizza I could get for 25.00 I was then asked address told him the address and the street of West Danforth was told I am sorry we don’t deliver to east Danforth , told him again I was on West Danforth he hung up . The person’s attitude was very rude and seemed bothered. We love these papa John’s. We have been going here for 5 years and still going on strong . The employees always go above and beyond. Always friendly and nice , also really fast. Day and night shift do a great job . But today one of the Employees went above and beyond. Cameron , helped us with our little pizza accident. And We are so great full and beyond words . We really appreciate it and our little kids do to . To be honest these is for us the Best Papa John’s . That’s why we keep on going for almost 5 years and hopefully more years to come to these Edmond location . Thank you Cameron and Team.

Never had a problem in years, until tonight. Ordered 2 large. One was to be well done the other just a regular large pizza. When we got them they had raw dough throughout. Called to get our order remade and was told that can’t happen. I told him it had. He then told reluctantly they would remake the pizzas at no cost. Odd thing to say. When we went to pick the pizzas up, at first they said they didn’t know what we were talking about. The counter person then b questioned us again about what was wondering with the pizzas. Again we showed the raw dough and he agreed that it needed to be remade. Then he asked why we wanted the other pizza remade! Really? How about we wanted two hot pizzas at the same time? How about they both had raw dough inside. We got our order and it was just not that good. The topping were just tossed on one side and they did not taste very good.

This location has completely lost it. I ordered a pizza, dough was raw. I called and they sent out a 2nd one, dough was raw. Unbelievable. I’ve seen other reviews of people getting food poisoning, I wonder why. The managers response was “all the pizzas go in the oven for the same amount of time, sir”. So you don’t check anything? You just assume? What kind of cooks do you have and more importantly what kind of manager doesn’t manage their staff and business? Are your managers not servsafe certified by the health department? I’ve managed restaurants for years, never have I handled a situation this way. Corporate needs to clean this location up big time, or raise the hiring pay so they can get some people in there with at least SOME level of competence.
EDIT: I never received a pizza for the THIRD time. So essentially, they took $30 from me, sent me raw food, and never corrected it. Thanks for stealing my money. NEVER eat here.
