So when you order pizza from Papa John’s Pizza in Siloam Springs Arkansas, you expect to get your order right? Well that’s not what happened to us. We ordered online, paid, and came to pick it up as it was a pick up order. But we found out that our ENTIRE order was picked up by a door dasher and taken to someone else.
IT WAS A PICK UP ORDER!
So then not only do we not get any kind of apology or discount, but we have to wait another 40+ minutes to get our food! Absolutely ridiculous!

This is not the Papa John’s of the past. My order what one large with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and double black olives. And the other pepperoni, Canadian bacon, chicken, bacon, and double mushrooms. As you can see in the photos the double toppings was just were not cutting it let alone the rest of them. But by far my biggest hang up was the crusts. These were hand tossed well I have had discount frozen pizza with better crusts. I seen it and commented it to the employee before leaving the store to be told that is how they make it now. I might have tried to take them up on their garentee but if this is how they make their pizzas now I don’t want want another pizza with by far one of the worst crust I have had in a fast food pizza chain.

I went to pick up a pizza order on 9/24. When I went in, the store didn’t have the extra pepperoncini ready with the order, which was fine. An employee (presumably the manager as he was training other people on using the register) called to someone in the back about the items. The guy in the back grabbed the pepperoncini, and handed them to employee, who barehanded grabbed them and put them in the box. The employee then proceeded to pull out his cell phone and start using it before washing his hands. If he was doing that, I am almost certain he hadn’t washed his hands before touching my food.
When I wrote in to complain, I got a call from the local store telling me employees wash their hands every 15 minutes. That’s great, if you’re only touching food, but when you start doing stuff in between I lose a ton of confidence in your cleanliness and hygiene practices. Would not recommend this location.

So I had a $60 dollar order and they got everything right besides one pizza, I called and told them, they got me my right pizza in under 20 minutes and I gotta say I am impressed! Super friendly on the phone and super dependable. 10/10 will order again

I’m not sure any papa johns deserves 5 stars. This location does pretty well though.

I needed a large order of Pizzas for an event. I called a few days ahead and spoke with the manager, Justin. He was very helpful and helped me get everything set up over the phone. The day I picked up all the pizzas were ready when I got there and had just been baked. I was very happy with the service Justin gave and our event went off without a hitch.

I’ve tried this Papa Johns a few times. Sadly it feels like the crew does not respect pizza or know how to make it properly. Either the pizzas are undercooked, or the cheese/sauce doesnt cover the pizza properly, one time I think the delivery driver flung my pizza in the car as all the cheese was on one half the pizza. I would say it probably is a training/staff issue but I’ve waited weeks to months in between my tests and have finally decided to write this one off. Frozen pizza as well as other competitors in the same city offer much better pizza for the same price or lower.
