Super sad pizza we got tonight. I put it in the oven to see if it would help make the crust… crustier and no, sadly it did not. There was a hole in it and none of the toppings stayed on the pizza. It was like a wet paper towel. There was raw dough around the cheese in the stuffed crust.

At 1705 on 19 Dec. 2021 I placed and paid for an internet order with my local Papa John’s (2810 W Walnut St, Rogers, AR 72756). At 1835 I called about the order since the “tracker” showed the order delivered. After several minutes and numerous exchanges between staff it was discovered that my order was still there.
I was assured the order would be on it’s way shortly. At 1858 I received a call from the store asking if I lived above a “Tire Shop” (some research found that a tire shop is on the OTHER SIDE of Town). Even though I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for the last 10 years it was not possible to find my home this time….I agreed to drive over and get my order; even though I had already paid the delivery fee.
I arrived at the shop at 1920 only to find my order cold, no apology from the manager, and of course no offer to ReMake the Order or Refund even part of my purchase. Inspection at home Found the order correct but Quality was lacking the “Bacon Jalapeno Popper Rolls” for instance were the regular “Jalapeno Popper Rolls” with crumbled bacon tossed in the box (I have a photo). Over the years Papa John’s has been my preferred Pizza ….this incident changes that.

$12 pizza is massive for the price. They were quick to fix the problem of missing pepperoni. Love this place. Order online while shopping, and pick up on the way home. Can’t cook it for this price!

Josh made the absolute best pizza EVER!! So much so that my fiancé and I didn’t even leave the parking lot. Ate it sitting in our car and finished the box. 10/10, definitely asking specifically for Josh next time to get more pizza

I’ve been here probably at least 6 different times to pick up DoorDash orders. Every time I’m in the store I look back at the employees making the pizza and none of them have gloves on. Every single person, every single time with usually multiple people making the pizzas. Health department really needs to randomly check that place out

Waited over an hour on 8/18 for a simple pizza delivery and looked up the status on the tracker, it said it was delivered. I had been sitting in the living room the whole time waiting on the delivery person feet away from the door. I called and they said the delivery driver rang the doorbell and dropped it off at the front door since there was no answer. Well since it was the WRONG HOUSE I can see why they may not have answered. The female manager working that night was rude and uncaring about the situation and tried to charge me another delivery fee. How is it my fault her driver delivered to the wrong address? On top of that she said she had no way to give my tip back so I tipped the guy for delivering to the wrong address. Terrible customer service. The driver (Gabriel) never even called my cell like they are supposed to in an attempt to make contact. Took over two hours from my original order to get a girl to deliver me the correct pizza who the tip should have gone too. My address is not confusing either. Never had a delivery problem like this before.
