I placed an order via the Papa John’s app at 3:00 pm today, scheduled to be picked up at 5:30 pm. One pizza and one order of cheese sticks. It is now 5:50 pm and I was told my order won’t be ready for another 30 minutes because “plan ahead orders are not prioritized”. How does that even make sense? This may be my last time to order from here. No offer to make it right. No apology from crew member that I spoke to.

Terrible place to get a pickup order. The place was full of customers and door dashers waiting for orders. I understand when they are busy and orders get delayed. The problem is pizzas are getting placed in the “ready” area and nobody is checking them. Me and another customer stood there an extra 10 minutes while our orders had been ready. Wake up Papa!

We ordered online with a 15-minute pickup window, but the order was delayed by about 30 minutes, so we ended up waiting around 45 minutes. Since it’s a pickup-only shop with no seating arrangements, the wait was uncomfortable.

I forgot to order marinara sauce with my delivery order so I called immediately and asked them to add it which they happily did. Then they delivered our order and forgot the sauce. So I called and they offered to send the guy back with sauce even though we would be done eating by that time. Then the delivery guy called me to apologize and offered to bring me a 2 liter soda, but we don’t drink soda so he offered $10 cash. When he got back to our house he said it was from his tip money and the store said they couldn’t do anything for us so he was willing to make it right himself. We declined. It’s not his job to make things right even if it was his mistake. If papa John’s cared about their customers at all they would be willing to make it right. In addition, they have absolutely terrible quality checks or just don’t care what the pizza looks like because the pizza we received was terrible-half the crust was completely bubbled up.Trash. If you care at all and feel like you maybe want to do something to make it right, this is my order number from 8/13/2022. Order #978943502

The staff at the Bentonville Papa Johns did an AMAZING job on our Halloween order! It was our first time ordering Papa Johns and even though they were super busy with all the holiday orders, they still got our order to us on time, hot and accurate. We ordered 7 pizzas (2 being the pumpkin) and some sides. The food was wonderful and the staff was super friendly!

The food was okay. I’ve never been a huge fan of Papa Johns. There is too much sauce and too much crust! My friend thinks they are great and Little Ceasars was closed. Add more cheese, please!!

Ive ordered from this place a couple times and usually the pizza is good but tonight I ordered a thin crust pizza and what was given was a big chunk of burned bread with some toppings on it. The crust was burned black on over half of the pizza. That is unacceptable! I would have talked to the local pizza place but I got put on hold for over 15 minutes so here I am.
