Only one person wore gloves. This doesn’t look healthy, they were all but one handling food bare handed, register, boxes, food bags. Makes you wonder what else, just not very sanitary. Pizza is good.

This store is ridiculous, had several problems with my orders in the past, they don’t ever seem to get it right… The latest I ordered online, my card was charged, then I received a phone call from someone in the Philippines saying that the store was closed and my order was cancelled. Wow! What superb customer service!! Thanks papa junk for ruining my evening, I won’t be ordering from you anymore.

The online hours are incorrect for this store. My husband put in an order this evening around 10:00pm and got all the way to the store before redirecting a phone call that our order was not actually processed and that the store was closed. Despite the online hours showing 11pm and it allowing us to put our order in.. Very upset to say the least because of the misinformation. Poor customer service.

mediocre food and never enough sauce in the sauce cups. I ordered the bacon cheese sticks thinking 2 sauce cups would be enough because it’s already $1.09 for each sauce cup. Not only did they not fill the container all the way, they also put it in the tiniest cups known to man. I’d have to buy ATLEAST 6-7 sauce cups for the entire box which is ridiculous. The sauce cups should either be free or be more of my moneys worth.

Last time I order from this location. Every time I order extra cheese. They always put the normal amount. Why did I pay extra for a normal amount? After talking to the manager Mr Hall, this issue was not resolved. To include not sending the extra sides that I purchased as well. Screw this place!

Absolutely worst. Ordered $68 worth a pizza. Never delivered the store blamed the online order, Papa John’s Customer service blamed the store. But I was out the money, even supplied order #, and offered proof of transaction. Save yourself time and Heartburn order Marcos!

Made a carry out order ordered 2 extra garlic and the guy working trys handing off the pizza like all was good. Lost business will not return. Also one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money or time here.
