I ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers, black olives and onions. They piled on the banana peppers, they sprinkled a few old black olives on it and I got a hunk of onion that looked like they picked out of the garbage. The pepperoni were few and far between. It was a big disappointment.

I ordered two Papadilias; one Italian one Philly cheese. They were both overcooked and hard. I also ordered a large ‘The Works’ pizza. There was very little meat on the pizza. There were a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza and a few pieces of sausage spinkled here and there. There seemed to be too much crust; meaning it appeared that there was about two inches of edge crust that wasn’t covered with toppings or sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The overall taste of the items was good; it was just the hard crust on the Papadilias and haphazard construction of the pizza that made them unsatisfactory. I did not bother anyone about it because I had made it home when I opened the boxes and had no desire to return to the restaurant nor wait for replacement.

Pizza was great, but there was only 1 employee at 8:30 pm. That 1 employee was incredibly rude when I asked a rough estimate on how long till my order would be ready. I only wanted to see if I had time to run to the store to grab drinks while I waited. After waiting 1 hour rather than the quoted time of 15 min, i finally got my food, with a ‘oh yours has been ready for a little while now, I thought I called your name… do better Papa John’s, do better!

The best pizza we have EVER had!!! We were so impressed!!! Very first time we ever tried Papa Johns. We gave the service 5 stars eventhough it took awhile longer, but, it was worth the wait! I know they were so busy, Friday night, and there were only three ladies working, so people should take that into consideration before getting all out of control and yelling at these hard working ladies. Plus, it was sooo worth the wait. Thank you. We WILL be back!!

Worst freaking service of any pizza joint I’ve ever been to. Gave them multiple attempts to to redeem themselves. Ordered delivery..2.5 hrs later still not here.. order for pick up.. get there at scheduled time.. still have to wait 30 mins.. no compensation for being horrible.. just continued apologies and no improvements. I’m done with them.

We ordered ahead, and the pizza was loaded with toppings, made fresh to order, and handed over with a small! This is a very convenient location as it sits within a strip mall blessed with sprawling parking and multiple exits.

Door was locked at lunch. Employee opened the door and was sitting at one of the tables having lunch with a friend. She then wanted to know how many pizzas i was going to order because if it was a big order, they were closed. I left without ordering because i did not want to interrupt her on her job with making a pizza.

I can definitely agree with the last person post and every time I order my order is always wrong and I think it’s because our order goes straight to a call center instead of going directly to the store. The pizza was a little dry very pricey. The wings was OK a little pricey as well they do not have reasonable coupons other than that the customer service is OK but I’m not sure if I will order from here again but stay tuned

If I could give no stars, I would. I live less than ten minutes away, and it’s been an hour and a half and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. Don’t bother trying to call either. I ordered the pizzas at 8:04pm. Their automated system that “follows up” on orders is garbage. It told me 7 minutes at 9:04pm and told me 7 minutes again at 9:21pm. They also don’t answer their actual phone either. This is also the third time in a row I’ve had this issue with Papa John’s. This is unacceptable. If I can file a complaint on this store, I’m most definitely am going to.
Edit: just got my pizza at 9:41pm, almost two hours after I ordered, and my pizza was cold. I understand sometimes it get busy. But almost two hours? That’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t order from them.
