They took 30 minutes to make this pizza and when the pizza came out it was a bunch of onions on one slice and mushroom in another slice like they did not made an effort to spread the ingredients all over so I had go back and made than make a new because I order a supreme pizza not a cheese pizza half way and other slice with ramen vegetables. It’s our first time coming to papa John’s pizza and so far it’s going to be the worst pizza place even to my kids and my grandkids for this is a lake of management from papa John’s pizza.

This Papa John’s location is absolutely horrible. The management is terrible and they do not know how to stay organized when they’re busy! I called them to check on my order. They say it was delivered and it never showed up to me! So I had to call again after waiting an hour and 45 minutes for my order and it still never came! They tried to give me an old pizza for their mess up and no management was able to help me at all! They do not put the customers first ! Management is wearing slides while making your pizza! They say they are so busy, but I don’t have a person inside and they are ALLL CHILLING when I make it to the store ! They are full excuses and when they messed up, they do not take ownership of their mistakes at all!!! The GM was not even considered to this issue… And it’s like I had to force them to remake my pizza after almost 2 hours!!! Please go anywhere else for your pizza but here! The store needs a new management and a new GM to run this location obviously!

I used the app for the first time to order a pizza for carry out. Apparently I had not followed through w placing the order. So, when I arrived obviously no pizza. The employee was very helpful showing me how the app works. As I am almost completely deaf that wasn’t easy. Lol. I reordered through the app and she had my order ready in under 15 minutes. Very impressive service and very helpful staff. I will continue to purchase from them.

Do NOT order delivery. Doordash will screw you over with some driver that will sit outside your place for 15 minutes then refuse to hand you your own food in your driveway. NEVER ordering this stale, cold pizza place again.

So, admittedly, I didn’t want to cook tonight and reached for an old favorite. I don’t usually write about chain restaurants, but I believe that in this case it’s well deserved. I ordered online and found I had made a mistake. I ordered carryout when I meant to get delivery. As soon as I noticed my mistake, I called and explained my situation. These folks went above and beyond to make sure to change my order to delivery (and of course added their delivery fee as expected). Their driver was very courteous and friendly and the food tastes great.

Well Papa Johns will not get my service no more. I went to get pizzas for supper. I live out in the country, so when I got half way there,I called to place my order. They had a two topping special, so I ordered a sausage two topping pizza for my husband. Then I ordered me a meat lovers pizza with olives, onions,jalapeños and stuff cheese crust.I t cost 41.21. Then looked at my reciept,they over charged me. He took care of it. Then got home,the pizza I got for my husband didn’t have the amount of meat I ordered. Then my pizza had no meat at all and I paid for the meat. Well I was there over a hour and half waiting for my pizzas. This will be the last time I get food from there. It use to be excellent service, but not no more.

I ordered online for my family to pick up since I was still working. After I received their msg my pizza was ready I called my mom to let her know. 10 minutes after that my daughter called and said they were leaving bc they had asked 4 employees about my order and none of them explained what was wrong.
I called the location and admittedly I was irrate. However when the person on the phone basically called my mother a liar, I was in my truck speeding across town to tell him about himself. He claimed his entire staff had explained to her for the “last 30 minutes” they had to remake the pizza. I used to work at a couple of pizza companies and remaking 2 pizzas doesn’t take 30 minutes to begin with.
When I got there a young lady handed my order and I in a hurry didn’t check it. When I got home the order was wrong so I call them on my way to the store and the same guy answers so I explain what was wrong and he doesn’t even reply he just hands the phone to the young lady and she straightens it out for me.
Needless to say, this experience has soured my heart towards Papa John’s on Jackson Street. Customer service goes a long way for me and whoever that guy was doesn’t understand what customer service means.

Food was made wrong. Manager is incompetent. Pizza was cold. Paid 45.00 for trash. Called to tell the manager but he didn’t care. Don’t eat here don’t order here. Call Pizza Hut or dominoes or even little Caesar’s pizza is better than this garbage. If you don’t like your job then quit. Don’t make terrible overpriced food. YOU ARE TRASH AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Do better.

Worst papa johns ever!! We travel and I’ve always enjoyed papa johns pizza but this location is the absolute WORST! We ordered through the app it and when to the location after it said our pizza was ready for pickup. As soon as we get there the guy said it’ll be another 15 mins no other explanation!! When asked why he said it’s been a crazy day and it’ll be another 15 mins. We said ok and decided to come back and this is what we got after 15 mins. This is supposed to be extra cheese thin crust pizza. Do u see extra cheese? N the pizza was COLD actually COLD!! After getting back to the window after the requested 15 mins it took another 10 mins almost for the guy to bring the pizza out to us. Absolutely worst papa johns ever!! In what world is this extra cheese? There were so many olives on the pizza too when we didn’t order olives?!?! Imagine if someone had an allergy?!
