Walked into Papa John’s in Shreveport expecting a basic pepperoni pie, walked out questioning if I just had a spiritual experience through garlic sauce. The staff was friendly, the pizza was hot, and the crust had that slightly smug “I know I’m better than frozen” vibe.
Only complaint? The pizza disappeared too fast. Pretty sure it evaporated in my car before I made it home. Either I blacked out from hunger, or that was one seriously good slice of sorcery.

I wasn’t going to leave a review even though my service was AWFUL but when I was eating my pizza I found a green hair baked into it. I’m absolutely disgusted. Not only that but the email link said my pizza was done, but when I got there the woman at the counter said it would be 5 more minutes which is fine I don’t mind waiting. I then watched her take out one of my pizzas from the middle of the cooker before it was done!! She then proceeded to slam the box down after she put the pizza in!! When I opened up the box when I got home to eat it (mind you it was taped so I had no idea until I got home otherwise I would have gone back inside) there was a STRAW WRAPPER on my pizza. I’m appalled and she should have seen this and immediately tossed the pizza as I wouldn’t have minded if it meant I was getting a good quality pizza that was not contaminated. The other workers are extremely unprofessional and were yelling and laughing while I was waiting on my pizza to be finished. Overall terrible experience and I will not be back.

I tried the new garlic 5 cheese pizza and it was really good. I just love cheese lol. And Jocelyn made it perfectly and gave great customer service even though she was extremely busy.

ordered 2 papadias. both were wrong and had no sauce on them. contacted store through an email. immediatley got a response saying sorrry. told me to reply back if i wanted them to make it right. that was on jan 22nd. still no email back after reaching out several times after.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. From food quality, attitudes to restaurant cleanliness. The male employee was okay. He simply didn’t have a mask on while the state is under a mask mandate but the female didn’t either and her attitude along with proper sanitation practices weren’t being followed. She never sanitized or washed her hands but was around the food, went from the front door to digging in her hair to using the phone and register to the food again. She acted as if you’re bothering her to pay for your food. This is not the Papa John’s service or quality I once remember.

I’m a DoorDasher and when I arrived to pick up at 12:08 an order going less than 3 miles away from the store, the store was closed and the food was left sitting outside to get cold. IThe customer has been informed so that they can get a refund on this order. If you do not wish to do your job and wait for the dasher to arrive, send one of your OWN delivery drivers to take the food (since 3 miles IS within your area). Otherwise you need to do your job and wait for the dasher to get to the store. Very unhygienic, taking the risk of the food being stolen, and very unprofessional.

The phone ordering service was good; but in person, customer service tucked! I was not greeted. The young woman near the front was talking so loudly to another one who was in the back, while checking her cellphone. They continued enjoying their conversation. Another young woman who appeared to be near the oven finally came up to assist.

I ordered for the first time and my pizza was disgusting. Ordered extra sauce and they put barely any sauce ordered onions and it’s like they put triple onions. They were under the cheese and on top of the cheese. Meatballs are gross. The whole pizza sucked. Called the store to tell them and they didn’t care. Had an excuse for everything. I will never order from this sorry excuse for a pizza joint again. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I would have never ordered!!!

Never order from the papajohns website for delivery. Took the money and didn’t deliver the food. They blame doordash and doordash blames them. Neither will isdue a refund and just blame each other.
