I normally don’t write reviews that often but I picked up a couple pizzas yesterday afternoon and the gentlemen at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, this is probably the only time I have ordered a pizza with extra sauce and actually received extra sauce. I will definetly return to this location over my normal location. ❤️

I order online and always pick it up.
For ME a good pizza by BR standards has to have a chewy bread crust, ALOT of cheese, a nice portion of the meat, some veggies, and cooked well done. The other pizzeria’s could never get it right no matter how often I tried to correct it. Never enough cheese, normally a light crust, and thin. IMO the other’s Pizzas are Underwhelming.

Now I do have to push every cheese and every extra cheese button on the order screen and ask for it to be well done, but they do get it right every time. Everyone is friendly even when it is a little crazy inside. Thanks

After calling this location, as I always have done so to place my order, I’m told “The call center must have messed up your order. I dont have an order for you.” I ask for them to make me a pizza while I wait the 15 minutes. While I wait, I take notice, the place was very unsanitary, no gloves being worn to handle the food. The one who claimed to be the manager (pictured) went from taking my money (cash) to preparing food without ever washing his hands. Completely disgusting experience. You’ve lost my business Papa John’s. You should consider the long term effects and consequences when hiring just anyone to run your business.

Came hear twiceeee first time they took hella long bout 30 min and forgot the Pepsi and had to drive 15 min back and bring to the customer again and the second time the order magically disappeared and nobody knows nothing and imma dasher the food is supposed to be ready i don’t understand!!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd pizza I have ordered from Papa John’s that was Luke warm at best. Although I always order extra cheese and pay for it, there is no extra cheese! The last 3 pizzas have had less of all ingredients than previously. So after three really crappy pizzas, I called them. There’s a new manager who is putting proper portion control into effect. So there effectively IS NO such thing as extrac cheese, even if you pay for it! Every restaurant has an off day or evening. But the potion control policy will continue and the price doesn’t drop at all. So all I can hope for from Papa John’s is more crappy pizza. Frozen pizza is better than this. This is another example of corporate greed, and price gouging, or giving you much less product than you paid for. No more Papa John’s in my home!

I was at this store on 8/13/24 picking up a rather large order(12+pizzas) The guy was alone in the store and when I say he was nothing short of awesome. He got the entire order together in minimal time and we were on our way. If I could give 10 stars I would but unfortunately am only allowed a maximum of 5. Great job I highly recommend this location when ordering pizza!

After a hour and ten minutes, still hadn’t received our order. Told them we would pickup our newly made pizza. Arrived at store 15 minutes later. The order was not even started, and they wanted us to pay for them even though our credit card was already charged. Very poor.

This location truly deserves 0 stars, and if I could give that rating I would. I placed an order online through the website, but never received a tracking link. I tried calling the store after about 40 minutes to see if they had my order. The store didn’t answer. We called about 15 times on 2 different phones and they never answered. Finally, we went to the store and they said that they had to deliver it through doordash and that it has already been picked up 10 minutes ago. 1: we were never told it would have to be delivered through doordash, nor did we receive any sort of confirmation that it was picked up through doordash. 2: they said there was nothing they could do because it was already picked up. So we drove back to our house to wait for it to be delivered. After waiting 20 minutes (the store isn’t far from where we live so it wouldn’t have taken that long) we called doordash customer support. The woman told me that the order was marked as picked up, but that there wasn’t a name, phone number, or anything that they could use to contact the dasher. I’m a doordash driver myself, this means that the store has marked it as picked up, not the dasher. So they gave MY order to a stranger who just walked in and said they were picking up an order. The manager was dressed poorly and seemed incoherent as well as the other employees. They also seemed to have very little regard for the situation.

I then got a text from a number saying that they were at the store waiting to pick up my order. So I called them. It was the dasher who was originally supposed to pick up my order and I explained what had happened. She had asked the employees multiple times to speak to her, and once they did she asked them what the deal was. They told her it had already been picked up and there wasn’t anything they could do. She then felt our pain and tried to get them to remake the order, so I was handed to an employee who took my order again and said that he would remake it. Online the store says it closes at 11:00 pm, at this point it was around 10:10 and I placed my order at 8:50. The dasher who I was on the phone with then told me that they were being very rude and disrespectful and were swearing in the restaurant and laughing about the situation. She then told me that they told her they were not going to remake the order because they close at 10:00. Then, if this isn’t already horrendous, they turned the inside lights off. Somehow, our wonderful dasher convinced the employees to remake the order. So now we are still waiting on our order to be delivered/made. Thank God for this wonderful lady who is helping us out and may she be blessed a thousand times for this, but as far as this location and these employees/managers I’m extremely disappointed in their behaviors, attitudes, and overall unprofessional business.

Cashier was on her cell phone and messed my order up. The manager came to check on me while I was waiting, which wasn’t long, and noticed the error. The manager corrected to order and conducted remedial training on the spot all without embarrassing the employee or belittling her. She handled the situation extremely professionally. Food wasn’t the best but I will go back just because of the way this manager handled the situation. Shows that she has empathy for customers and employees. You don’t see much of that these days.
