Called to Redeem the Credit 12/02 at 8:45pm, just to be talked to rudely by the manager on duty and told I don’t have a credit, wouldn’t verify with the GM who called and offered it.
I also asked if I placed a delivery order paid for with the delivery fees and tip, would they deliver my credit? Was told No.
I recently worked for Papa Johns for 3 years as a Salaried Assistant and General Manager. I know their system very well, it hasn’t changed much since I left and the team working tonight has serious issues with their customer service.
What’s the point of providing a credit if I can’t redeem it. This was my first truly bad experience with this store. I’ve been down here for nearly a year and have been a regular customer. If it’s this difficult to resolve issues I won’t be spending my money here nearly as much as I usually have been.
I hope to hear back soon by Management with a satisfactory resolution.
I’ve been a loyal Papa John’s fan for years, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. We received cold pizzas that weren’t even cut, and the toppings were embarrassingly sparse.
To make matters worse, they told us one of the pizzas had to be remade, so we waited patiently—only to find out it had been sitting there the whole time. After a 10-minute wait, they handed us the old one instead of a fresh remake.
Maybe it was just an off night, but this really soured the experience. Definitely not the Papa John’s quality I’ve come to expect.
Better ingredients, better pizza.
