I am poor, but I ordered a pizza as a treat. I ordered the wrong sauce (I have an allergy). So I call them, and kindly, they have sent me another pizza. Their service goes above and beyond and really made my night much better. 10/10 will be ordering from here again, and I recommend this Papa John’s not only for their speed and usual accuracy, but also for the fact they are willing to help the customer.

I ordered a 5-topping meat pizza and was very disappointed. The pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. The crust was thin and resembled that of a frozen pizza as well. This restaurant has always served great pizzas until this order, and I am concerned that they may be changing their recipes. I hope they aren’t changing their recipe but it seems they are.

Ordered wings ask that they be cooked well done. Received wings they were half cooked. Call store to report it Manager on duty (Aiden Bates) like what you want me to do. Brought it in to store was told he could remake them. Due to attitude from manager, I ask for a refund. Also was told that I couldn’t have Gen. Manager name.
