First of all no greeting when you enter, placed my order on line the app said ready when I made it there order was wrong, I order wings and pizza got two order of wings slid to me on the counter, had to wait for them to make my pizza finally received my pizza open the box it was build all wrong toppings on the bottom cheese on top of the toppings couldn’t tell what was on my pizza, told the workers it was made wrong, I was told that’s how they make them. Won’t be going back to that one. Horrible customer service from the cashier to the cook.

Asked for my pizza to be cut in squares. I was about 10 mins late to picking up my pizza; I get there and it’s not cut correctly. They do not read your orders to make it how you want they just read them to put the ingredients on the pizza and could care less how you want it cut. I asked if I could be compensated for the mistake with a free drink and was told no all they offered was to remake it which I would have to wait for when I was already late picking up when they had time to correct it before I got there and did not cause they didn’t care. I walked away with a pizza not made how I asked and there was no regard for the mistake. They’d rather waste an entire pizza and make a new one vs making it how you ordered it. I will never purchase from this location again. There was no greeting, the lady who checked me out once I brought the issue to her attention went to the back to laugh with coworkers and instead of speaking with a manager about a free drink because of their mistake she spoke to the cook and made jokes.

My family just picked up 2 burnt pizza, $35.00 and the burning was visible when packed by employee for our pick up. They should have been remade immediately but packed as good anyway. They said to correct their mistakes, we would have to pay a delivery fee for new ones. And bring burnt pizzas to store tonight. We’re not getting out again tonight and I’m returning the 2 burnt pizzas tomorrow morning. They will still be burnt in the morning. Manager stood this isn’t allowed and I stated, that’s what’s happening. In returning in the morning and eating a different meal tonight since they refuse to correct this tonight unless I pay them to correct it.

Always fresh! Always great service! I never have to worry about whether my pizza is made properly here. Unlike many of its competitors, I’ve never had a pizza remade because they didn’t cook it thoroughly or didn’t put enough of what I wanted on it. I love Papa John’s!

The staff here have always been kind and helpful for the past decade that I’ve come here. A lot of them have come and gone but the way they greeted me with a smile never changed. Pizza ain’t bad either, although it’s a chain so you already know what you’re getting. They’ve only messed up my order twice, but that’s over a decade though so that’s a pretty amazing average.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered my pizza over the phone and was told to come pick it up in 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was 6 workers, 4 in the back and 2 up front on the phone. Once the first girl was finished on the phone, she went to the back as if she didn’t see me standing there. No one bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. Finally, I had to ask the second girl on the phone if she could get someone to help me out. The worst service ever. I will avoid this place in the future.
