I was attempting to pick and order. asked the female employee ( approximately 49 ish white female) how long it would take before it’s ready. She replied in a rude tone “ I don’t mean to be rude but it’s going to to be ready whenever it’s ready. My order was a small piazza and 2 small orders of wings. At that time I was the only customer. At least 4 other customers came in after and ordered at got their orders in 5 minutes or less. After waiting over 20 minutes and watching ot her customers leave with food quickly. The same employee said to me “ you do realize we have to make the food.” I then left the establishment since after she said it would be at least another 6 minutes before I received my order. She was very rude and condescending. The owner or manager needs to expeditiously train her on proper customer service.

This pizza looks like it was involved in a train wreck!
I received a burnt pizza. It also looks like it was dropped on the floor and the store associate still put it In the box instead of re-making it. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. My kids were hungry and now I’ll have to find something else for them to eat. I will definitely be ordering from some place else In the near future.

Papa Johns is always our first choice for pizza when we’re in a hurry or don’t feel like cooking. This one on Lapelco is awesome. We tried the Italian meats trio Papa Bowl and it was pretty good. Everyone’s always nice

I ordered two pizzas and when I when in the young black girl just looked at me and did not even ask if she could help me. I told her I had two pizzas under my name. I gave her my money and got my change and did not even get a thank you. I will never get pizza from them again because the person working cannot give you the courteous of ordering from them. I would not have employees working for me like this. She needs some manners taught to her or be fired. If she does not want to be their she needs to quit.

I don’t know what’s the deal with Papa John’s as a franchise, but if you don’t order ahead on the Internet and make an order at the counter, the cashier seems like they have a attitude. It’s all good though.. the product is still good. This location is quick, convenient and great for that Papa John’s flavor you remember if you’re in the area.

I spend almost $50 for two pizzas and a order of breadsticks and this is all the marinara sauce they gave me just enough to cover the bottom of the Lil container so I called and tell them that you need to send somebody back over here with some more sauce or something I get told all we can do is give you credit for tonight or another night if you’d like they lucky I can’t put zero stars on here I never order Papa John’s in the first place my aunt wanted to get it so I gave in and ordered it but never again I promise you that

asked for LIGHT sauce, got EXTRA sauce. i am not able to eat often due to certain health issues causing me to get ill and this was my personal pizza i ordered specifically for me to eat and with the extra sauce, i will be thrown straight into the hospital.
whoever was on the other end of my phone call to the store was VERY RUDE, and instead of asking if i’d like it redelivered (i usually insist they take the wrong one when they do come and generally tip the second driver as well as the first) she states that i have one option and it’s for “credits to my next order” .. that did not work for me and when i ASKED for a redelivery, i was met it PURE attitude stating “well idk what to tell you it may be there in an hour it may not be” … um, EXCUSE ME??? so i very awkwardly said “okay well then you can just go ahead and do the credits thing” and that was met with dial-tone.. LITERALLY dial-tone… straight up hung the phone up..
idk who y’all have employed here but i’d LOVE for y’all to reevaluate some of the staff.
