I canceled my order at the window. I ordered online. It said my order way ready. When I got there, the very UNFRIEDLY girl said it was going to be another 10 minutes. I went to Popeyes! A simple “I’m sorry” would have went a long way! What happened to customer service for repeat customers?

I was politely explaining technical issues I was having ordering online. The GM listened and agreed to assist with the matter, but it was obvious that she also became aggravated. It became really obvious when she abruptly hung up on me. It offended me, and I will not go back.

I was staying at the Wyndham Garden hotel 2 miles, 5 minutes away. Placed a order online around 11pm for delivery because the website says that carry-out cut off time is at 9pm. Submitted the order, told me it would be max 40 minutes, and followed through with payment and went to the tracker. The tracker went through all of the steps and told me it was being delivered so I went downstairs and waited in the lobby/ lounge. After waiting a little past that time frame I checked the tracker again and the website said my order was completed and delivered. Over a hour later and nobody has come to deliver my pizza. I called and nobody answered. And I even drove to the store where there was still lights on and 3 cars parked outside of the building and nobody came and answered the door. I ended up ordering pizza from DOMINO’S at 12:50pm (while I sat in the papa johns driveway) and it was ready and picked up in less then 15 minutes.

I usually go out of my way to not order from this papa johns location. Service is inconsistent and doesn’t hold up to the quality of the countless other Papa Johns(or other pizza places for that matter) in the area. Tonight was no exception. We ordered 3 items for delivery. The driver mistakenly tried to hand me 1 item but turned out to be the wrong order. Easily corrected. Mistakes happen. I bring my order inside and open up what is supposed to be a HALF cheese and Half philly steak pizza. Turns out its a 2/3 cheese and 1/3 philly steak pizza. The slices on the cheese side are MASSIVE. The philly steak are tiny. It’s pretty annoying because this has happened multiple times where they cant find the center of the pizza when they are cutting it. Other times they dont cut the pizza through (causing me to have to recut it) or the quality of the pizza doesnt hold up to other Papa John’s(like the airline location which is ALWAYS on point). Fed up, I call the store to speak with a manager and they hand the phone to Monica. I explain the situation to her and ALSO explained that i am not seeking reimbursement or to have the order replaced. Instead i am informing her of the reoccuring situation that i keep experiencing from this particular location. Monica started repeating what i was saying back to me and it was immediately clear that she was acting snarky and defensive. She told me she would talk to her oven workers to get to the bottom of it. When i said “that would be great, thank you” she faintly said “thanky…” and hung up on me mid-word. Seriously? You’re the manager they have running this place? You’re the leader the owner entrusts with their business? No wonder this Papa John’s is consistently bad. We won’t be ordering from this location again. In the future, we will just order delivery from your competitors or will continue to drive to airline for carry-out.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at our hotel last night. I was happy that they had late night hours on a Sunday night, so that was a plus. Our food was as expected for Papa John’s—nothing spectacular, but the run of the mill chain pizza that we have all come to expect, and it was accurate to how we ordered it.
What really bothered me was that we had zero notification of it being delivered. I understand that they couldn’t bring it to our room because of the key cards, but they had my cell number and didn’t bother to call it—just left it at the front desk. The hotel worker said that she had called our room, but this hotel had multiple buildings and I’m guessing she called the wrong one (not her fault).
It’s just really frustrating that they want you to tip ahead of time, so we added over 20% tip and the driver couldn’t bother to call us to let us know it was delivered. I would definitely make it a point to not tip until the pizza was in my hand in the future, as maybe the worker would have done that last step to actually earn the tip.

Got this delivered to my house. They kept pushing back the delivery time and then the girl ran up opened the pizza warmer sleeve and apparently this is what was in it. Highly disappointed and the box wasn’t sealed like it normally is. Never ordering from this location again

I went in to do a pickup order and when I got there I was waiting for 8 min to anyone to acknowledge me or say anything. This lady came from the back and had her airpod in her ear. Asked if I was there for pickup I said the name and she threw the pizza on the counter and had the heaviest attitude with her.
I used to like this location alot. I will not be coming to this location ever again. That was the rudest most unprofessional experience I have ever had at this location.
Please train your employees properly.
