For what its worth and what it is, the employees there are accommodating and there is a particular Asian man that is super sweet and accommodating and has a great way about him. If more people were like him in other businesses this world would be pretty amazing because he cares about updating you on where your product is and how much longer it’s going to take and he is very personable and does everything he can to make sure that you are fully satisfied before walking out the door. So my dad who is an 82-year-old that he loves this pizza place and I enjoy going there especially when this man is working and he does everything he can to make sure that it is fully on point and he also thinks my dad for his service so kudos to this employee I wish I knew his name but you know who you are and so I commend you and thank you for your professionalism and your kindness!

We were traveling all day, pulled into town after 9, and were looking for somewhere to eat that was opened late and settled on this papa John’s. We placed an order on DoorDash and they accepted it immediately, we waited about 30 minutes and got a notification saying our food should be ready. We we went to go inside the door was locked and we wandered around outside looking for another entrance, while all the employees inside watched us. 2 more vehicles pulled up and had the same problem. No employees came out or did anything about it. I called the store and immediately after they picked up the phone they very rudely told me they were closed. When I told them I had a DoorDash order that says it’s ready, they say all the DoorDash orders had been cancelled. This was obviously not true. At this point it was almost 11 and nearly everything else in town had closed. Very unprofessional and rude. If they want to close earlier than their hours state, they should just close permanently.

On the road to Reno, NV. Stopped to pick up carry-out After we had left town our pizza didn’t have the parmesian cheese flavored crust. Also only want mushroom on half the pizza due to allergies, but was on the entire pizza. Crust was a bit doughey. Called store to ask for a refund on the Parmesian cheese crust that we paid extra for. They were very polite and apologetic. He told me they would void the pizza and refund me the cost. I will definitely stop in again. People are humans and can have an off day.

Ordered for it to be delivered at 6:45. They didn’t start making it until 6:45. Manager was rude and didn’t seem bothered by this and actually commented that he had made a lot of people wait today.

My husband and I come here all the time , however….now they have changed the call in order line to someone that doesn’t even work in the store that doesn’t speak good English, and asks multiple questions to ad things over and over . Telling us the rules and everything. Dude , we just wanted our simple medium pizza like we always order ! I ain’t got time for all that , just for a pizza !!!! I want our AMERICA BACK !

Just placed an order last weekend. I told delivery that I had a black crate outside and they left a sweet surprise for my two pups with little treats for them. Made my night along along for the two kids! Friendly atmosphere and top notch service. Love me some, Papa Johns 🙂
