Ordered delivery to find out DoorDash delivers for them now. At that moment, I knew this experience would be awful. The food was cold and dropped on the ground. Also paid $70 for the pizza which seems high considering it was only two large pizzas. Probably because it’s on DoorDash…. Called the store and spoke to “the manager” who apparently didn’t like what I had to say and hung up on me. I’ve always had quick delivery and good pizza from this location. Do better, hire a delivery driver.

Food is great. Really liked it. The problem is I ordered online today and ordered extra sauces. I didn’t receive the extra sauces that I ordered. I received the 1 garlic butter and the 1 pizza sauce. I called to let them know that I didn’t get them. The lady said she knows that she put them in there and when I stated that I did receive 1 of each, but I ordered extras. She said she is not gonna argue but whatever I’ll take them off the order and repeated that she knows that she put them in there. Accusing me of lying without saying as much. But I am literally sitting here with only 1 sauce each. She had an attitude, so I said that “if you want to cop an attitude then I’ll just not buy anything from you again, Bye.” And hung up. It’s bad to get attitudes with customers especially when they’re willing to provide evidence that they aren’t lying and honesty just wanted the sauces.

I had a babysitter and ordered pizza through this store for my kids. They claim that they called me when they were trying to deliver. My husband answered and couldn’t hear anything since we are at a wedding. The babysitter reached out 45 minutes after it said it had been delivered on the app and they claimed they had it in store. She loaded my kids up to go grab it, and they claimed there was nothing. They had her pay for it, and it was remade. What terrible service!

Garlic knots were dry like eating straight bread. Zero sauce, zero garlic zero flavor. Took a bite and threw it away.
Pizza looked terrible and tasted even worse. We spend $20 on a pizza and garlic knots. We are the pizza and we’re throwing up for 2 days. Doctor confirmed food poisoning.
Papa Johns was the only food I at that day. This location was dirty and smelled. Employees not using gloves or washing hands…. absolutely gross
Avoid this location at all costs! We will be in touch with corporate and the health department.

What a WASTE OF A PIZZA! Ordered a medium to go 4/10/19 before 9p, but as seen in the pic there’s nothing on it. The toppings alone are for a half a pizza and too much crust making it worthless to eat.. Don’t go to a place looking for help, being a sign of bad management not caring for the public’s interest of a “Papa John’s,” what use to be GOOD PIZZA.

I placed a simple cash order that totalled $21.30 I paid with (2) $20 dollar bills. The driver has the audacity to walk away thinking he’s getting a 20 dollar tip!! I had to ask for my change back and when doing so I got every excuse in the book from the attitude of being inconvenienced for asking for my change back to saying well that will take all my change in the bank which is not my problem at all. That sounds like a fortune 500 company problem!!! So he proceeds to go to his own wallet and gives me $15 back. First off i was charged a delivery fee to begin with and I’m very courteous when tipping! I think 25% is pretty damn fair! The sheer unprofessionalism left me appalled! I walk around the corner to my kitchen to open a pizza box with a pizza as stiff as a sheet of plywood! For godsakes if I knew that was the quality I was receiving not only would I have NOT tipped, I would of told him to take his Rock hard plywood pizza back to the dump he came from! The pizza wasn’t even close to warm at all! I’ve used papa John’s numerous times and never had such a terrible experience! Do not bother with this location, they can’t handle the simplest of their job duties. If you want a good papa John’s use the downtown lincoln location! I would give 0 stars if it was a option. Save yourself the hassle and if you want fresh hot pizza and not get swindled use the downtown lincoln location off of 17th and Q. Trust me it’s worth the drive out of the way for what you’ll receive.

We go here all the time and it’s usually great. But last night we ordered a pepperoni cream cheese pizza, picked it up, got home and there was no cream cheese. I called and was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes so I finally just hung up and called back and told them my pizza had no cream cheese. He was very rude and said “I specifically remember putting cream cheese on that pizza”. But said a rebake would be ready for pickup in 10 min. I get there 20 min later and still have to wait about 5 min for my pizza to be ready. STILL NO CREAM CHEESE AND THE PIZZA IS BURNT! when I say burnt I mean the crust and bottom of pizza are BLACK. At this point it was almost 2 hours after I placed my original order so I just gave up and went home. The pizza they gave me was a $10 pizza and I paid $19 for it! Also, my wings that I ordered were ice cold. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore!
