Of the fast food pizza chains, this one isn’t the worst. I genuinely like their pizza, but in the past there are few deals and the prices are pretty high compared to some, though, seems like they are getting more competitive. Added note, their wings look and are okay. Not great, okay.

Shoutout to the late night crew at Papa John’s on 90th and Maple last night. I called to have some food delivered to a bar at 12:30am. Whomever took my order was polite and helpful. It was there within 35 minutes and everything was fresh and delicious: two pizzas, breadsticks and boneless wings. Our delivery driver, Carter, was super friendly. He brought everything in, set it up nicely on some tables and opened the boxes for us. He asked if we wanted some plates, napkins and silverware then ran out to his car to get some along with cheese and pepper. All around great experience and that is usually something you don’t expect for a 1am pizza delivery.

I’ve ordered delivery from this Papa John’s several times and not one time have they gotten my order correct. And now because I actually correct their mistake I am considered a problem customer and can no longer use their store. Well I’m sorry that you hire people who refuse to make the pizzas correctly, who don’t deliver it to the right address or when they do deliver to the right address they can’t even read the ticket and actually pronounce the person’s name at least close to it instead of butchering it and then falling back on “I’m autistic” for their reasoning. I don’t understand how almost every one of their drivers seems to be “autistic” as they claim. My child is autistic and I find that to be very offensive because not a one of them is shown any signs of having autism. But I guess that’s what kind of company they are, the kind that would rather make up excuses and fake disorders for their employees instead of actually train them properly or actually say something to them when they do a poor job. And I have faithfully been a customer of the store and I think one time the food has been on point, and I order at least three times a month. Get new management, get new drivers, get new employees that actually want to do a good job not just have excuses.And making up disorders EVERYTIME there’s a complaint… Really??

I just ordered 2 of the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowls and they were nothing more than a tiny layer of just toppings baked in the bowl that added up to be about 5 bites after scraping it all together in a pile. It was super salty. I will never order this again. This shouldn’t even be a menu item. $7.99 for this? Really??

Ordered a delivery for cheese pizza, cheese bread, and pepperoni pizza. Order food from here all the time and it’s always amazing, outstanding service, especially the guy tonight, he was nice respectful and everything good you could ask for from a pizza delivery man. He had longer white hair.

Call the 90th of Maple store to order the macaroni which is supposed to be 1299 her manager that’s not even there told them told her to tell the customers that they cannot honor the 1299 macaroni. If you order it through the store you must go online to order it to be 1299 and on the commercials it says to call and order your pizza today at 12:99. It’s all a load of crap and then when you try to go online and order it it’s 2299 so Papa John’s needs to remove their commercials with shacking them that says 1299 for macaronis Just shameful
