Overall decent, they are accurate on their times and friendly staff. The one concern I had was I ordered “extra” for a couple toppings and it there was not extra compared to when I order a normal amount. Also some of the ingredients quality seemed quite low. Especially for their tagline “better ingredients, better pizza”. I love papa John’s and appreciate the service at this location. Maybe it was an off day.

I had an issue with my order at the Bennington, NE Papa John’s, but Angel, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, and immediately arranged a refund and replacement.
As someone who manages IT for over 120 Arby’s locations, I really appreciate seeing that level of customer care and accountability. Angel turned a bad experience into a great one — she deserves recognition!

Food was… acceptable but could tell they made it way before pickup. Papa John’s is the store that includes garlic sauce. Its core to the brand, asked for sauce just to be sure, told its included with every pizza, should have looked. It was not included. Dry pepper and… packet of seasoning??? Just want some decent pizza near me so will give them another shot. Manager blamed the “kiddo” when I called to offer feedback which is not a good sign.

I have been to this location(156 and state) a handful of times. They are always nice and always on time. I only do carryout but I have never had them be late. Great place with good deals as well.

Drove all the way from Fremont to eat here and was highly disappointed ☹️! Spent $72 on pizza and sticks. Asked for extra peppers and was told they put them in there but got home and the boxes were empty. We also spent about $7 on sauces and also paid for the 4 sauce flight and didn’t receive it. Next time we will just drive to Omaha

Last night, I ordered a single topping large pepperoni and that was the best crust from a Papa John’s I’ve ever had! I don’t know if it was just a different/new person making the pizza or what! The crust was absolute perfection! It was crispy on the outside and airy/soft inside! Definitely at least a 7.4!

Today bought a pizza and wings. We had Papa John’s about 15 years ago. This location just opened close to our house. Very disappointed in the Pizza. No flavor, had sausage, hamburger, pepperoni and extra cheese. No flavor at all, just a cut above frozen pizza. The best pizza in Omaha hands down is Mama’s pizza. Not going back here.

We had pizza here when it opened and it was great. Today was Halloween and my wife called into this location and was told to show up in 25 minutes. I showed up to pick up a pizza and walked into the most chaotic situation I’ve ever witnessed at an establishment. The cops showed up to straighten out a situation that I was not involved. I first waited in the pick up window line for 10 minutes. I then waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got up to the counter they had lost my order. I waited in line again for 30 minutes and this time someone else looked us up order by our phone number and they stated they couldn’t give me an estimate for a completion time due to the large backlog. Papa John’s made two serious mistakes. 1) It was obvious when I pulled into the parking lot that the pizza wouldn’t be completed in 25 minutes. They shouldn’t have ever have quoted 25 minutes to my wife when she called in. 2) They didn’t look up the order the first time with a phone number since they spelled the name wrong when my wife called in the order. I’m going to give this location at least a month before we give them another chance due to the obvious mismanagement.
