It’s been 2 years since I last ordered Papa John’s. My last experience was not great either but it was a different store so I won’t blame this location for the others mistakes. I caved and tried the new Pan Pizza. It’s not bad but not great either. Pan crust at Pizza hut is definitely better, and thiers has went down hill they changed their recipe.
One thing I noticed and wanted to address is how much they’ve increased the cost of seasoning packets & dips. 50 cents EACH now for the papa’s special seasoning which used to be free, then increased up to 10 cents just like the cheese and red peppers still are. The sauce dips are 99 cents each now and they were 25 cents up to 50 cents over the last 5 years. When I went in to pick up the pizza they wouldn’t even include one with the pizza, they really wanted 50 cents each for a seasoning packet. Now I don’t blame the worker’s for this but the owners of Papa John’s needs to hear that those prices are just price gouging. There’s maybe a teaspoon of seasoning in those packets at most. Customers already don’t appreciate being Nickel & dime’d but raising the price of something you used to throw in free by the handfuls at 50 cents each is absolute highway robbery and you know it. The pizza’s at Papa John’s are already more expensive than other’s so truly there’s no excuse to raise those more than 10 cents. At 10 cents I was willing to pay for about 10 packets but $5.00 for 10…hell no, especially not for mediocre pizza that needs that seasoning in the first place to give it flavor. Do better Papa John’s.

This location rarely has pick up orders ready on time and has zero apologies for when there are mistakes made. Treat your customers better and make your employees learn customer service and maybe make them abide by a dress code. I’ve had multiple issues here numerous times and won’t be returning.

First time I have been to a Papa John’s in year’s. I previously had not liked their pizza. After recently seeing a BOGO offer, I decided to give them a try. I bought a large New York style sausage and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Both had good flavor and a decent amount of ingredients. I preferred the New York style crust. The online menu had numerous choices. The store employee’s were friendly. I will order from them again.

Whoever owns this place needs to fix their AC. I was in grabbing a pick up order and couldn’t stop sweating. I can’t imagine how those workers feel being around ovens/cooking/working for however many hours they’re there. I hope they’re being compensated well for working in those conditions during the hot summer. It’s cooler outside.

Ordered a pickup and it was great And fast. Felt so bad for the staff because the air conditioning was broken for a few weeks. 102 degrees is insane and these workers deserve a raise. Alex Goddard gave me my pizza with a smile and was an amazing worker! Extra raise needed for him!

Fantastic!! I called in an ordered my Shaq A Roni large with extra sauce. The lady that took my order was very nice and made the retro call in process a breeze. I was told 14 minutes and I actually showed up a little early and the pizza was ready. Everyone inside was nice , smiling , and greeted me when I walked in. As you can see from the pictures the pizza looks delicious, and tasted the same. Give this location a try the crew was on point. On a side note to the lady that took my order I didn’t mean to hit #3 on survey I meant to hit #5.

I am picky about my pizza. I give specific instructions. No Pepper in the box. Put the pepperoni under the cheese. To try and avoid issues I call in. I can’t find a spot in the app where I can confirm these 2 requests. I looked up the number that was listed for the store I planned to go to. Call was answered by a call center I am not sure it was in this country. Very hard to understand. They were not able to accept my request so they transferred me to the store. I repeated my order they repeated it back to me. I sent a friend to pick it up. They did not put the pepper in the box but but covered the cheese with pepperoni. I used to order 3-4 times a month now I almost never order from them it was not my suggestion tonight but I accepted. That will not happen again for a very long time.

Just ordered pizza from here and they didnt add all the toppings i had to pay for on one pizza and messed up the most simple pizza, a cheese pizza, by making it a pepperoni pizza. Called the store and explained the issue to the manager said she had to get her DM and had to re-expain the issue and had this lady cutting me off mid sentence any time I talked. Talked to me like an idiot. Which is a pet peeve of mine. I did go off on her after I tried to ask how would I know they gave me a credit on my account if I can’t see it to which she couldn’t answer. Ive had places say they’ll add a credit and they dont. Over all wont be ordering from here again

Ordered pizzas for carry out. Was in the mid 90’s temp and their AC was out. These troopers propped open the door and kept making pizzas!
