This location is the BEST. We order online and it’s ready before we get there. It’s ways fresh, hot and perfect.
However, because of the Wichita City Council’s poor decisions and lack of ability to comprehend basic facts such as “the streets belong to the taxpayer since we already paid for them, so we should be able to use them for *free* parking any time we like” we have VERY reluctantly stopped going to this location because we will not pay to park just to run in and back out for pizza.
We told the City Council that their bad decisions would hurt downtown business, and this is just one of the problems they’ve chosen to cause.
I hope this location survives the City Council’s attack. They deserve to survive and even thrive; but it’s hard when the people we unwisely elected to lead our city (never again – we know better than to re-elect any of them) can’t stop destroying everything and then begging for more money to hurt us even more.

Just had the best experience at this Papa John’s and the most delicious Canadian bacon and pineapple xtra cheese pizza. The service was great, the guys name is Joshua so personable and friendly. He sure knew his stuff I don’t live in Wichita but I would definitely go back there. All the staff was great but Joshua just stood out. Was a beautiful day so we ate outside in the courtyard area. I was hungry so didn’t think about taking a picture but was just so yummy.

Real simple order pep. Sausage extra cheese for the pizza & salted caramel brownie thing. Neither one was correct. Instead pepperoni and cheese and some sort of mini cinnamon buns. 1st and last time I’ll order there could of got a little ceasers for a 1/3 of the price

They used Doordash for delivery, the dasher made three stops before us then she parked in the driveway blocking my wife coming home from work. The food was cold and terrible! Do Not Waste your Time and Money! Do Not Recommend!

Ordered online. Didn’t receive the 3 sauces I ordered and paid for. I chatted online and they told me to fill out a customer feedback survey. Well of course the site wasn’t working. I finally got it to work. They asked for the store number. I can’t find the store number anywhere online. They ask or the order number. I can’t find an order number on the stickers on the box like they said. So I have no sauces for the breadsticks and the pizza is soggy with too much sauce. Never getting Papa John’s again!

My husband and I were passing through on business and stopped at the Delano park and after walking around seeing the memorials all the beautiful scenery decided to walk to Papa John’s not ever knowing what to expect in a new town … And much to our Great surprise we were welcomed in the door by all employees friendly smiles and lots of joyful atmosphere which was such a pleasant surprise Ms Maria and her staff made us feel right at home like we came there every day and were regular customers. If your in the area I definitely recommend this delightful place by the park. Ms Maria and all the staff thank you for such a delightful experience we will definitely come back to see y’all when we are in the area !!!

If you’re looking for THE WORST pizza place in town? Look no further than this place. This place used to be much, much better, but then de-evolved into what it is now. Granted, they do have some good employees that are kind and care about the quality of the product you receive, but some of them do not, and they really need to clean house. But for me, it doesn’t matter now… I shall never return.

There is nothing to recommend this location. The staff is low-key hostile if you dine in, they turned on the television with super loud volume when some friends and I were sitting talking to make us leave. Still waiting for pizzas ordered an hour and half ago on a Monday night. This location was chosen by website, when my wife ordered it. Had I known it was coming from this location, I would have ordered from Domino’s instead. I can’t rate the pizza, because I haven’t had it yet. EDIT: Pizza sucked. Soggy, cold, paper thin crust.
